4-bedroom 2 stories house is located in a gated community close to Lake Tahoe. 10-20 mins walk (5 min drive) to Stateline casinos, Lakeside Beach, Heavenly Ski Resort, shops & restaurants at Heavenly Village, and the gondola up to Heavenly for skiing/snowboarding.
Lakeside Beach charge $25 per adult which is 10 minutes away by walk; free beach is El Dorado Beach which takes 5 minutes by drive.
Tahoe has prohibited open-flame BBQs. The BBQ area in community is not allowed to be used.
4 bedrooms(3 queen size beds, and a bunk bed with 2 twin size) and 3 bathrooms
Provided cooking and dining amenities, 8 bath towels.

The cleaning crew will assist the garbage cans to outside of garage around 8:30am on Monday morning . Please leave some space so cleaning crew can move the trash bins out from the garage. Please assist the empty garbage cans back to garage.
Only two car allowed and the garage doors are quite narrow(6 feet wide) please don't coming with a truck, or you need to find street parking out the community.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:- Please remove outdoor shoes upon entering the house.
