I had a two night. When I paid for it online the total cost for two nights was supposed to be just under $300. When I I checked in the total cost was almost $100 more. I asked the check in employee why and is it for parking. He said no it for amenities. This means for me that they are just trying to give me. The bed and room were clean and comfortable. The dispenser for hair conditioner in the shower was completely empty. I thought that the housekeeper would refill it for the next morning. When I got to the hotel after the first night, not only was it not refilled, but no housekeepers showed up because the bed was still un-made, no towels replaced and the trash was still full. However I went to the Continental breakfast on the second morning, it was very good especially the omelette station.
