Apartment was good value for money. Unfortunately. Jakarta isn't a city built for pedestrians; while there's a mall and supermarket nearby for buying your own food, it's not a pleasant walk, and traffic can be atrocious. For such horrendous traffic, I had a very quiet location with a great view of West Jakarta. For cooking your own food, the hotel will be provide much utensils and hardware but not exhaustively. For instance, there was a grilled microwave, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery yet surprisingly, a water kettle was missing.

Everything fine as usual. But thera are several problems with their Elevator: the buttons, access card readers, and some noises when moving. Also the water pressure for shower can be stronger.

I didn’t feel the apartment was well organized and prepared for us. I had booked and paid in advance for 6 people but amenities, facilities (hairdryer and wifi not existing) and breakfast was served for 3 people. I just don’t like to keep asking front desk for things. Maybe if the space were not ready that day better to cancel my booking.

The staff is friendly and helpful, even though there was no plan to stay overnight but finally booked 1 night to take a shower and added an early check-in fee because my trip was delayed and I had to go to the office. The hotel is close to the office so it is quite strategic, close to the TransJakarta bus stop and Kebayoran Baru KRL Station. The breakfast is quite delicious starting from white rice, fried rice, bread, porridge and soto. Juice, coffee, tea are also available, but unfortunately there is no milk. What is interesting is that the room is keyless and uses an application. The budget is quite worth it even though the room size is quite small. The hotel has provided a Smart TV that is connected to Netflix and Youtube. What needs to be noted is that in the lobby you have to go up the stairs and the car does not reach the lobby door, so if it rains it is quite troublesome to get to the vehicle/taxi. Note for housekeeping, maybe the installation of the bed sheets and topper can be checked again. The room I stayed in, the topper and bed sheets were not installed properly so I had to dismantle and fix them myself when I wanted to sleep. Please add facial tissue on the desk, because there is only a tissue roll in the toilet.

Good option for travelers seeking a well-located hotel with friendly staff. It's situated near shopping centre or some Important Places, making it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel's location and generally positive staff interactions are major highlights 👍👍👍

Not our first time there. Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfy. Good location but do expect traffic during peak hours. Staff were all generally nice and welcoming except this time I had a slight issue with reception during check in. Both staff on duty, a gentleman and a lady, were unfriendly and unwelcoming. Ya'll can do better.

Beberapa kali disinj. Sangat menyenangkan stat disinj dengan staff ramah, dan sangat membantu. Happy to get welcome drink that i really like the taste and many variant of drink that we can choose
