Very close by to all the amazing malls great location , friendly staff but they really need to fix up the bed covers ..it will scare people away for nothing even if they were washed 😂.

As always amazing and value for money. Although could do better but from the price point, I can’t complain.

I had a great stay there, and special mention to Lesmana and Mega for helping me with a situation. They worked so hard to help me. Also, i had left my Ipad in the room upon checking out, and thanksfully the honest staff at housekeeoing found it and made sure was returned to me. Thanks again will be booking again for september on my next trip to jakarta

my wife and i stayed at the ayaka suites jl. karet pedurenan #45 recently. we LOVE this hotel!!! this was our 2nd time here. our favorite jakarta hotel, and we have stayed at many in the $20-$40/night range. ayaka suites is a GREAT value. we paid around $35/night including breakfast for a deluxe double room. 1 king bed, 30m, with refrigerator, separate bathroom with shower. the bed was very comfortable with great pillows, nice comforter(with cover). 32” tv, with about 40 channels, including 4 hbo channels. wifi was easily connected, fast and reliable. wifi worked good in breakfast area, around pool, and in lobby. our room faced south; looking toward satrio, with nice view of raffles, dbs, lotte shopping center and the rest of kunnigan. at night very pretty with all the lights in the area. there is alittle patio that u can access, from the room. we like this location. we stayed at the rasuna icon which is closer to rasuna said, and ayaka west, closer to satrio. but nice 5 minute walk to ambassador mall, 10 minutes to lotte, 8 minutes to axa, 15 minutes to plaza festival. the staff is what makes a BIG difference at ayakka. from the doormen, front desk, housecleaning, breakfast staff/restaurant, are all outstanding. the doormen have a nice uniform they wear; they all match; very professional looking. the car and pedestrian access has a circular drive for taksi, grab, private cars, etc. the cars can dropoff/pickup guest easily and then the front door/lobby is only steps away. the lobby is large and pretty. porcelain tile, woodgrained walls and front desk area. lots of sofas, chairs, tables, etc. it is very easy to feel at home here. 2 elevators; i think 8 floors. lots of rooms, i would estimate 200 rooms. breakfast buffet is probably my favorite thing about ayaka. the breakfast area/restaurant is large. plenty of places to sit. you can spreak out, away from other guests if you want. daily items include white rice, fried rice, fried eggs, waffles, bread, croissants, kopi, juice, hot tea, bubur, and fresh fruit. other items some days, fish, chicken, spaghetti. i do miss the omelet bar, that is still closed due to covid. there is seating outside near the pool and deck, where you can smoke. after a week in bangkok, we are going back later this month, before we back to u.s.

At first I had doubt. But when I enter the room, the room was spacious. It even has 1 sofa and table. One thing that I disappointed was when I opened the curtain, there was a construction at the same level. So, I can't open the curtain at night to enjoy the view, otherwise they can see me. And a little noise from their works. I guess I'm just get unlucky. But in the future, perhaps my room won't be able to see the city again. The laundry is available but no same day service. So, be careful. But it's free of charge. And they didn't provide bag, instead we put our laundry on the box just outside near the door room. And you'll find your clean laundry there afterwards. For the meal, the restaurant is small. A bit cramped. The food choices is limited, but they tasted good. And they kept changing the menu. That's good. In front the hotel you can find small minimarket that open 24 hours. And plenty of food choices. There are a couple of Mall near the hotel, within walking distance, such as Lotte, ITC, Mall Ambassador and Kuningan City.

Average stay, lots of staff standing around but the service is nothing like Raffles and St Regis in Jakarta. The breakfast was atrocious. Waiting for more than 5 minutes each time for the buffet to be replenished. The buffet dinner wasn't much better either, tasteless prawns and seafood. Very disappointed in Ritz Carlton, it seems at this hotel standards have really dropped. Would not stay here again.

As usual the room is good. I have 2 issues regarding this stay. 1. The towel is not clean. There dirty spots. 2. Breakfast was very poor. The selection is limited and the taste is very poor also. Hope that the management can look into improving the breakfast. Other than this 2, all else is good. Thank you. Will definitely stay here again.

the hotel over all are good, with advantage competitive like attractive price, no noise , the location near to main highway , and most importance, that the hotel have employee with good character, fully supported and helpful. I think the management to improve the room facility, that need to provide mini cool refrigator .

I stayed on 16 February 2023, the first thing I liked was the fast checkin process and the staff was very friendly. The thing that I regret is after I checked-in and wanted to order some room service and it took so much time (very difficult to contact room service). After 15 minutes try to reached the room service and finally assisted by reception. After ordering, the food took so long to come to the room (more than 1 hour) and I had to go down to reception to make sure whether the food will be delivered or not. unfortunately when I approached the girl reception, she said the food would be delivered and I immediately went back to the room. Even when in the room there was no apology or anything. I'd better order via Gojek or Grab huh. Apart from that, at that time in room 717 one of the lights in the bedroom were also off and the soap in the bathroom was leaking, so you have to be careful if you want to go to the bathroom. Last but not least, there's no one of you who used a name tag, so I cant recognize each of you. Not highly recommended.

Lobby on this hotel at second floor ..lobby not quite large but it’s fine alot of chair at lobby area..lobby area is clean ..room is clean but only need more cleaness at bath room need sealant on the floor .. the elevator is not smooth a little bit sways.. The staff is nice but when i call regarding borrow iron not quick respobd so i need to call back Check out early morning need some bfast on box i request sandwich but they said only pastry or danish they can prepare ..may be they should have a choice of breakfast box
