South Jakarta Kebayoran Lama Hotels

Apartment was good value for money. Unfortunately. Jakarta isn't a city built for pedestrians; while there's a mall and supermarket nearby for buying your own food, it's not a pleasant walk, and traffic can be atrocious. For such horrendous traffic, I had a very quiet location with a great view of West Jakarta. For cooking your own food, the hotel will be provide much utensils and hardware but not exhaustively. For instance, there was a grilled microwave, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery yet surprisingly, a water kettle was missing.

Everything fine as usual. But thera are several problems with their Elevator: the buttons, access card readers, and some noises when moving. Also the water pressure for shower can be stronger.

the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, you won't be thirsty for drinking water, there is a dispenser in front of the room that always has water, the location is busy and safe, the security guard is on standby, the staff is friendly, the location is busy and very close to GBK, basically I was satisfied staying here yesterday for 3 days 2 nights, satisfied and comfortable, those who want to watch a concert or watch football or those who want to go to GBK are suitable to stay here, the distance is close, great, basically I'm satisfied,

Pros: 1. Located in near pondok indah area, it is really easy to stroll around pondok indah and go on and off PIM 2. The room is clean and spacious, I love how they divided the closet room and the sleeping room in superior deluxe 3. Good facilities in the hotel such as spas, swimming pools, gym 4. The staff are really nice and helpful 5. The breafast is tasty, not much of a choice but still tastes great! Cons: 1. The restaurant and lobby are pretty small, so it's easily packed. You better get breakfast early when peak season to get a seat 2. Because the lobby and reception are small, it took times to check in or out, but there's not much place to sit down while waiting. Lastly, this is not a pros and cons but more of a hotel policy for safety deposit approximately around 300K . You will get it back shortly after checking out.

Located within half an hour from places of interest and numerous shopping malls like Grand indonesia and FX Sudirman. Booking grab or gojek rides are convenient. Service is amazing. I got a free upgrade up to the 3rd bedroom suite as a birthday gift, along with birthday decorations and card. Staff were all very polite and attentive. They went through the trouble to search for and return items I left including food, in the room some 2 hours after I left the premises and checked out. Staff even kept my frozen food deliveries chilled without being asked to. Amenities and cleanliness need some improvements however with most of the items having seen better days, and seemingly aged. Breakfast buffet spread was basic. There is a mini mart in the basement which provide limited food stuff emergency items should there be a need.

Just looking at the appearance, it is magnificent. The room is bad, you can see it from the pictures. The room smells bad, and the water becomes cold in the later stage when taking a shower😭 And our room does not even have a hair dryer and clothes drying rack, shouldn't this be standard? ? ? The elevator buttons are also very interesting. I pressed the G floor, but the elevator door did not open when I got downstairs, so I ran directly upstairs The leader went to the swimming pool to swim at night and was locked for 1 hour. Didn't the staff check if there was anyone before closing the door? There are few types of breakfast and the taste is average. There is an emergency and I need to check out one day in advance, but it is not possible. They also said that I have to tell them one day in advance, but I told them before checking in, and it is not a late check-in,

Good and nice place. New all things. Only no hot water in the hand sink in the bathroom. And coffee was missing in the room. The rest is very good.
