Very near to Lotte Shopping Avenue, Sudirman center offices, and Mega Kuningan business district. Private & safe environment, very easy to find. Sunrise and city night view from the room is amazing. But what I love most of the room is the whiskey bar 😆!

Pros:
Host on WhatsApp was responsive.
Really nice pool and gym at 27 and 28 floor.
Quiet neighbours.
Cons:
Every Grab driver has gotten lost. It was super hard to find the correct entrance to get in.
The surrounding neighbourhood is a slum with extremely tight single road shared by pedestrians.
Bathroom is filthy and falling apart tbh.
If you shower, water gets all over the floor. You only have one floor mat.
Drinking cups and jug were filthy with traces of juices and seeds.
Water dispenser was really filthy with brown crusty sediment.
The water that came out of the dispenser was dirty for a while and I kept having to pour it away…

Great service, great swimming pools. In the room, the toilet was a bit dirty, and frequent breakdown of aircon.

The room was super clean and room condition as seen in the pictures with complete amenities. Love the location. The night time view from the room was gorgeous. The host was kind and fast response. I recommend everyone to stay here.

I enjoyed using the swimming pool and it was nice to have a fitness center.

Everything needed is in the room. The location is close to the business district and shopping mall. The gym and swimming pool are huge. The host is very helpful. I recommend this apartment
