Overall good experience. One very disappointing experience was the booking of transportation through reception, it was totally exorbitant probably mark up by hotel staffs for extra income. Your hotel must be strict on this area in ensuring a competitive pricing of transportation.

The hotel is located in the center of Kuningan, the room is amazing, it's huge, it's a suite! The functional areas of the bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen have a very reasonable spatial layout. The kitchen appliances are all available. If I don’t have time, I’ll buy a la carte and cook for myself. There’s also a swimming pool downstairs embedded in the middle of the garden, which is huge. Every day, there are many people swimming and playing in the water below. I really envy them. It's nice to have time. The hotel staff are very professional and polite. The service is in place. They even helped to print out the nucleic acid report for free. The two handsome guys who greet you are also friendly and talk to you. The types of breakfast are also very rich, and the service staff in the restaurant are very warm and friendly, and the service is very good! A business trip with great value and experience! I will book this apartment hotel next time I go! As cordial as living at home!

Fraser Place might easily be our family alternative residence. The open space and garden are well maintained. We really appreciate Fraser team’s extra effort to provide ramp for wheelchair easy access to outdoor area. Double thumbs up! There’s also wheelchair friendly toilet on ground flood. Many thanks to all helpful and friendly staffs at Fraser (from sales to operations) who have made our stay pleasant and stress free. Also, special shout-out to Jardino’s oxtail soup & good coffees (was it Illy coffee?).
