A delightful stay at Somerset Grand Citra Hotel. Located nearby Lotte Mall Jakarta, there was plenty to do and lots of street food to try out as well. Rooms were massive and filled with lots of amenities. Go for the renovated rooms, it’s well worth the upgrade. Would highly recommend!!

The amenities of the hotel need to improve, no soundproof and we can't sleep at night because of the noise from the highway.

Great convenient location next to Lotte Avenue shopping mall and south Jakarta CBD even though this is 30+ years old property, most rooms already renovated, except the old and slow elevators

This is an old long-stay hotel. The rooms are a bit big, but the overall layout is reasonable. The breakfast is average. The location of the hotel is very good, close to restaurants, shopping malls and the Chinese Embassy, but the street side is a bit noisy, so people with light sleep need to pay attention.

I stayed here for many days in a row. Except for the loud noise in the room near the road, everything else was perfect. The apartment hotel is large in size and well-equipped with facilities. The room was spacious and the Wi-Fi was smooth.
The water pressure in the shower was perfect, and I was able to relax in a bathtub for the first time in a while while living overseas.
There is a large mall within 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel, so we didn't have any trouble finding food. There is also a concert hall.

The guy outside the lobby who was in charge of the car and luggage was terrible. I was a woman with two big suitcases. I very politely asked him to help us carry the suitcases and put them in the car. He obviously didn't help on purpose. He lowered his head to write something and then used the intercom to talk.
