Usually love this place. Today I ordered southern chicken soft tacos with coleslaw and salsa. Waited an hour to get 3 strips of chicken in a shell with cabbage. Asked for salsa, got two teaspoons of chopped tomato. I kid you not. That's it. You gotta do better than that, Aussie. If it's busy, buy more food and put on more staff.

Every year we travel from Sydney to the Gold Coast, staying overnight in Grafton, and whilst we don't stay at the Australian Hotel, every time we enjoy a lovely dinner here. Staff are friendly, the meals are prompt, generously-sized and delicious. We always look forward to the steaks!
