Staff were friendly and willing to help if allowed Rooms were generally clean. Poor breakfast with set items prepared beforehand and no other choices available. No buffet as advertised. Ran out of items that were requested. Poor quality food. Only white bread. Worst breakfast with pre prepared food and cut fruits that were same daily! Restaurant that was claimed to be open 24 hours and for dinner wasnt! Internet was poor and kept dropping out. Pictures and details of site and amenities on booking site were not factual or accurate. Feel like reviews are “managed” by known or friendly contacts. Lot of water issues due to heavy rain resulting in damp, mould and leaks. AC in room dripping. Taxi charges via reception found to be excessive for same journeys to and from hotel, suggesting an implicit charge made by property. Taxi drivers did not want to come to this property to collect us as they would face other consequences. Wanted full payment at check-in which is unheard of despite paying a substantial upfront deposit not normally required, but allowed us delay when requested as a favour!

Nice property neat and clean. But if you are a solo traveller avoid not a happening place you may definitely enjoy with a group as the property owners are good staff is good food is also ok. Will suggest the owner of the property to make it more lively by adding some add-ons as bar counter lights and music near the pool.

The stay at the hotel was very comfortable. Rooms are neat and clean and the hospitality is top class with hotel management keen to serve you. The hotel is having a pool facility which is also maintained well. Food spread is limited but made to suit your taste. Only flip side is it does not have sea view as such but beach is accessible in 5 min walk

Excellent hotel and the food was very fresh and tasty. The hotel management is quite flexible and professional and very well managed. Special compliments to the cook “shardil” who was quite efficient and energetic to accept any orders and food quality is too good.

We stayed as a family with a 3.5 year old son at the Praia Da Oura hotel for 7 days. An absolutely quiet and cozy place, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, especially its owners: at our request, they accommodated us in a room with a king-size bed, since the baby sleeps between us, they called us a taxi, they even helped me put on an Indian sari, provided me with a clothes dryer and ironing machine a board with an iron (at no additional charge), two bottles of water were provided every day. The hotel is located a 5-7 minute walk to the beach ***** an asphalt road, or you can directly on a dirt road, but for us with a stroller it was more convenient to walk on the asphalt. Breakfast is standard, but you can ask for something different (they made oatmeal for us). They offered to cook dinner for us, but we preferred to walk to the Kamron restaurant, where, by the way, the food is very tasty. We had lunch on the beach at the nearest shay, the food was delicious and everything was fresh! I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!!! We thank our hosts for our wonderful vacation in Goa!

My husband and I were there for 2 nights. Our stay was pleasant and most unremarkable. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was attentive. The pool is big and gorgeous. As other reviews have noted - the location can feel a little isolated as there's absolutely no development in the area but everything (beach, shacks, restaurants) is really just 5 min away. If you want a quiet, laid-back stay, this place is it. It's better if you have your own vehicle though. The taxis are a ripoff. The wifi is very weak and there is very poor cell network in the rooms which can be a problem. We went in the low season so the hotel felt a little empty and melancholic. Also breakfast was quite limited. The omelettes we had were done nicely but we were later offered pancakes after we finished eating and had we known what all was available we might have made different choices. It was the only disappointing part of our stay. One more suggestion - A drying rail in the rooms would also be useful to dry out swimwear.

The place is really nice and well-maintained. Hospitality is very good. Amenities are well-maintained and rooms are very spacious with all luxuries. Its very good to spend time with families and friends. Thanks to maria for all the hospitality.

Excellent experience. Beautiful location. Friendly and smiling staff. Great service. Close to the beach. Surrounded by peaceful fields and greenery. Nice spacious rooms. Cool swimming pool. Luxurious bathroom interior.
