There were issues at check-in with payment from Trip.com and our rooms were in separate areas despite us requesting rooms in the same building. Upon asking multiple times we finally got a room nearby but the toilets were not working and we had to call for assistance multiple times which was always delayed.

Fantastic location with a far reaching private beach and beach huts, well tended gardens.. great rooms with sunken bath and power showers.. huge beds, choices of many pillows, good restaurants and the staff are engaging, polite and attentive..I would only critique the maintenance of the outside areas isn't really being done to the correct standard..they need to invest in properly skilled teams make general repairs if the pool areas and public spaces.. especially tiling. Other than that the place is amazingly good value for money.

Visited this property with my family and I must admit it's one of the best properties in south goa. The Rooms are good especially the pool and sea facing rooms, we had an opportunity to get the first floor pool view room which also had a sea view. The hospitality I would say was on par or slightly lower than Taj, must recommend the service delivered by Mary at the restaurant and the house keeping manager who despite having some niggles at the room helped quickly resolve the issue. Veg Food I would say could have been better since quality was good but spread was limited. But the best part about the property is the huge lawns and private beach. They even have 3 different pools which my kid loved. All in all a great property for family and friends visiting Goa

Fantastic stay and excellent room. Special compliments for Suraj who maintained the room very well. Checkin was a breeze and we loved the room placement that opened into the garden which gave access to the super clean private beach. We enjoyed the stay and the hospitality

This resort was absolutely fantastic. The staff makes this resort a notch higher than the others. Have stayed in hotels around Europe and none of them are even near the hospitality we got here. Staff at pavilion were exceptional- Daryl, Aftab, Vishal, Abhishek to just name a few but everyone had their best foot forward. The kerelan massages at the spa were better than the others. Shijo was amazing at his job for my father and the lady who did my shirodhara. We made such lovely memories here. Thank you to the lovely staff

Well, I cannot forget the experience at this property. It was amazing and memorable. From the check in till check out, every staff has been courteous. The breakfast and dinner spread at The Pavilion restaurant was really great. Specially the south indian spread in breakfast. Mr. Abhishek and his team manage the restaurant really well. The greenery inside and the walk till the beach is aesthetic. We loved it. The amenities like Olie’s club for kids helped with keeping our kid busy. We tried the Kaya Spa and one should not miss it. Lastly we loved chilling at the pool. They have multiple pools including kids pool. Mr. Suraj Satya was very courteous and ensured we had a relaxing time. Overall, we just loved it…!!!
