South Goa Hotels with Gym

There were issues at check-in with payment from Trip.com and our rooms were in separate areas despite us requesting rooms in the same building. Upon asking multiple times we finally got a room nearby but the toilets were not working and we had to call for assistance multiple times which was always delayed.

The food service is very good the taste of food is so good every day comes with new taste and Amboni and felly are very friendly in nature and also provide good service Mr. Srimanta is also very friendly. I stay here for 15 days . one thing I find very tasty ie. shake.

Paid extra for superior pool room. Room was very tired and the back door wouldn’t open, hole top and bottom. AC, room fans, cold showers and a toilet that didn’t flush properly ***** with broken tiles in pool and dangerous table. Toilet paper rolls sealed in plastic and clothes drawers all covered in plastic (later realised this was to stop vermin). Also bottom of divan bed was all shredded - again re vermin. We must state that we didn’t realise there was an issue with mice at this point. Raised issue re AC, not fixed and put rest down to ‘Indian standards’. On 4th night woke up middle of night to high pitched screams in bathroom and we found 3 live mice trapped. They said they had no other similar rooms and to wait till GM came on duty. On checking on their website there were actually 4 rooms of this type free. We had no choice but to agree but did ask for new mice traps. 6 hours later after asking 3 times we got ‘new’ traps which were covered in droppings. Thank goodness we had no toddlers with us! The GM assured us it was a one off and traps were precaution in each room. 2am next night a mouse was in bed with us and they agreed to move us to another room. No traps in this room so proving they were aware of issues in first room. She actually told us our 1st room was sub standard and the 2nd room much better - at least the toilet, shower and AC worked. No visible signs of mice or traps in this room. Also no plastic on drawers and toilet rolls. Breakfast was poor and if you asked for something from menu you’d get it in stages and could take up to 40mins. They moved us middle of night on day 6 and if we hadn’t been going home 24 hours later I’d have demanded a different hotel. This is 2* hotel at most not 4/5 as described. We were offered a free meal and spa treatment as compensation. However as food was diabolical and we’d asked twice about spa at beginning of our stay and basically been fobbed off it was too little too late. Please don’t waste your money on this awful vermin infested hotel.

Our stay was wonderful. They have a kids activity room separate which my kids loved the most. The staff were extremely helpful in everything. In fact they were so couteous to us all the time. We ordered food to room which was also delivered on time. The beach was walkable. They have a buggy which will drop you to the beach. We attended Christmas gala dinner which was lovely. Huge spread of food and dance with live performance. Thank you. We will visit next year again.

The hotel management was very good, food was also great and the manager Mr.Walter was also very friendly..the staffs were responsible and kind...the rooms are very neat and clean..room service is also good...they are also arranging vehicles for visiting goa.. worth it for money

Hotel is good in all respect except ordering food from the restaurant. We have ordered veg manchurian rice. While ordering we enquired whether rice will come with manchurian gravy or dry manchurian will be added in rice only. They delivered dry veg. Manchurian only. When we asked about rice they told you have only ordered dry manchurian & this order will not be cancel-led or replaced. We have forcefully ordered fried rice. This is not at all acceptable. Either they does not understand what customer want or they assume & communicate to kitchen to prepare. Management should look into this. Rest is very good.

its really good hotel, location wise execellant those who want to come for business trip. price and facility is really good. and food quality is really good. i will recommend this hotel those who are coming from train from outside and also want to go again by train so this hotel is really good.

My stay at this boutique hotel was exceptional. The room was spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and polite, providing one of the best hospitality experiences I've ever had. The property was well-maintained, and although the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, the quality was excellent and well worth the price. A standout aspect was the personalized service. My child loves eating paranthas for breakfast, and even though they weren't always on the menu, the staff went out of their way to accommodate this request. The attention and care from the staff made us feel truly special, which was the highlight of our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere.

Stay was very good and staff members were very humble and ready and willing to help. They help to plan local events and sightseeing . It looks like we were at home. Room was very cleaned Breakfast was the best. Pool was excellent. Hotel to airport transfers was well organized.
