ITC Grand Goa, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Goa

There were issues at check-in with payment from Trip.com and our rooms were in separate areas despite us requesting rooms in the same building. Upon asking multiple times we finally got a room nearby but the toilets were not working and we had to call for assistance multiple times which was always delayed.

The service is wonderful, the property is beautiful, the staff is amazing and quick to help. The breakfast team with Richval and Shubhadeep is too good. Must visit for a luxurious stay, enjoy the Goa vibe in a splendid setting. Cabs may be tough to come by as the locals want a monopoly Overall a great stay

I want to stay here again. There are tourist spots nearby. The bed is big and it's a waste to sleep alone. The service of the employees was perfectly fine.

A great property located about a km from the most beautiful cavelossim beach. The resort is well laid out with all the required amenities and is well maintained. The staff are courteous and well mannered. The cottages are neat and clean and ideal for couples and families. Keep up the good work!

When arrived at the hotel it was dark and took about an hour to check in. We were then taken to our room but it was a wrong grade of room, the hotel asked us to produce our booking details before they agreed to get the correct room ready which took another 3 hours. All seemed ok for the first day, although the room and outside area needed attention to mould and cleaning, we went out for a meal that evening and when we arrived back there was a gurgling noise coming from our pool, on inspection the pool was empty and a pump still running was making the noise, the hotel sent someone to look at it and stopped the pump. During the night they started to refill the pool, when we got up it was half full of dirty water, and the hose used to fill the pool had dislodged a number of the tiles on the sides and bottom of the pool. We called the hotel reception and the pool people and 2 hotel staff arrived after about 30 mins, they eventually agreed to move us to another room but this took probably 4 hours as no rooms were ready. So by now we had already lost a day of our holiday, the new room was not perfect no outside lighting for the pool, mouldy areas on walls, dripping tap on mini bar unit, generally dirty in most areas. We persevered with the room so we did not loose any more time on our holiday. They never fixed the dripping tap or ceiling leak which dripped on to sofa, they fit a temporary light on the patio which was connected to a socket in the room by pushing wires into holes!!! We do have photos of these items. This is NOT even a 3 Star Hotel and we should be compensated for the stress and disapointment what we thought was 5 Star.

There was a wedding and other functions going on from Dec 3-5 in the hotel which has been playing extremely loud music. They didn’t have the courtesy to inform the guests that there are functions and the beach will have fireworks and loud music despite you want to stay in peace and quiet. beach Grill restaurant kept playing loud music and upon multiple requests also they didn’t turn it off while the DJ was playing in the background. The room allocated was near the laundry room with loud noise on the service road despite we booked premium room and it had 100s of workers accessing the area causing serious security risk. When the manager was informed, he said the room cannot be changed during the events due to unavailability. They kept on insisting on us taking the free food and we kept denying but nothing improved on their service. We stayed in the same room where there were 100 of labourers were passing by, loud music made beach almost inaccessible spoiling the whole vacation.
