After making my reservation 1 month In advance, paid in full, I get to the hotel and they tell me that they dont have a reservation for me, and they are sold out. Not what I needed after a 9hr drive. They did find me a room for the first night, but I ended up having to get a room at another hotel for the second night. According the front desk, I was the 5th person that day that had this problem with an Expieda reservation. Not sure who is to blame for this, but I’ve been using Expieda for years and never had a problem.
