The hotel is nice enough and as you'd expect. Very clean and comfortable. But the staff here are absolutely amazing. For me the staff have made a dull and unwanted work trip into a pleasure and very enjoyable experience. These girls (and guys) need an award and a pay rise. Very pleasant and genuine, nice and helpful. And as for the food, I've been to many restaurants that don't compare. 1000% recommend this place and these guys continue to work here I will definitely be back the next time I need somewhere to stay in derby. Idk if they'll get to read this but thank you guys. You don't know what a difference you made to my week 5⭐️ for sure. You really bring this place to life... Thanks again 😊
