Good location for mall and near to industries area. easy for transportation. hotel breakfast is many choices. very clean and facilities are many also. staffs are very polite .. will come back to this hotel again.

booking dg request kamar smooking tapi mas resepsionis bilang smoking room habis, sampe kamar ternyata pintu macet gabisa dibuka. perlu perbaikan tim engineering dulu, request move room infonya adanya hanya kamar connecting. okelah nunggu buat diperbaiki, setelah selesai semua masuk kamar ternyata sabun dikamar mandi habis ngga di refil. udah kesekian kalinya kesini tapi waktu periode inap saat itu aja yg sangat mengecewakan. awal awal biasa aja.

All is good.. The staff, amenities, full furnish and i cook well for my husband when we are stay on there ^^ Restaurant on the mall is good too

the atmosphere is nice, aesthetic room, minus only on the waterheater because sometime it’s to hot and not easy to control. but overall good. location is very strategic

Many corporate and statutory body events. Front desk staff is helpful, housekeeping services are slow, room service doesn't pick up used tray until 2 days later, swimming pool is small and massage service only late afternoon

A place suitable for those who want to healing avoid noise, the service staff is friendly and professional.

The room is excellent, neat design and clean. The food variety at breakfast is sumptuous and restaurant ambience is welcoming. The pool area is nice hangout place.

It is a great hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite impressive too the amount of choices is huge. Location is convenient too that its nearby to some leisure zone. Will come again definitely !!

Sometimes the internet is not good ... They clean the room well. the location is very nice. hotel personal's hospitality is perfect . I will always stay there in future if i visit indonesia

Came to the reception on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at around 14.30 WIB. When we arrived, the room was not ready, we were asked to wait while drinking iced tea as a welcome drink. After 15 minutes of waiting, the room was ready. Even though the check-in schedule starts at 14.00 WIB, so when we arrived the room should have been ready. This hotel is located in Pollux Mall, but the hotel does not have free parking facilities for guests staying overnight. Breakfast starts at 07.00-10.00 WIB. We came for breakfast at a restaurant near the reception at around 07.45 WIB. After paying 150 thousand for an additional 1 child and 1 adult, we finally ate at the restaurant. There are several notes about breakfast: 1. There is no egg corner 2. There is no milk and coco crunch 3. There is no fruit 4. Side dishes are finished at 08.00 5. There is no chicken porridge. Fortunately, the hotel staff are friendly. Overall not very satisfying
