Not a very good experience: 1. Dirt on the bed 2. The stench in the hallway is so bad that you can sometimes smell it from inside the house 3. Slippers and other supplies are not provided If you are a family and want to stay for a while, you may like the large space of the hotel. You will feel inconvenienced if you are just traveling by yourself .

Good location, close to South Brisbane train station and bus terminal. It's a little confusing when you are checking in when the physical reception is closed. However you can call a phone number and they will guide you to your key of the room. Swimming pool and gym available The apartment is nice and ours had a balcony. Airconditioning is great.

The entire facility could use a facelift. The rooms are scuffed and battered. The tv remote wouldn't work. The lady at the front counter was very unhappy she was asked to help. We had a 1 bedroom apartment. It was the classic two single beds pushed together. One soft. One firm. In the middle of the bed were the hard edges of each mattress to keep you apart from each other. Very romantic. The toilet bowl shape is also poor. You have to scrub the toilet every time you use it - not what you want to do each day on holiday. Overall, I feel it was over priced and under cared for. It's saving grace was the location.
