I did not get the room that I booked and the pool was filthy no towels out not even lights turned on water is cold as ice cubes. And the front desk was rude to a little girl about getting breakfast before the breakfast was even cleaned up she came up politely and asked if she could make a plate before they cleaned up and she was told no. Mom in me said come on sweetheart and I took her over to her to hurry to make plates for her her little brother for breakfast. Sometimes it takes just a little extra time to be kind but that kindness will be remembered forever. So instead of throwing the food out maybe you should’ve let the children eat it without making them feel as they were a burden for something they had already paid for

We were greeted by a very friendly face and checked into our room, we were upgraded to a double room because the housekeeper was still in the room we booked “we were a little early”. The breakfast was very good and all the staff were friendly and polite. The hotel was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. My husband and I had our own bed to ourselves to stretch out and watch television “ until bedtime

Not what I paid for.
The indoor pool was not open and that was one of the things we booked for. I accidently booked one of the rooms for the wrong day and they absolutely refused to change it or give a refund, so I ended up paying for one of the rooms for two nights, you would think they would be a little understanding foe a mistake. fitness center had limited hours and was unavailable in the morning when we like to work out. No ice buckets in the room. Hot water was almost nonexistent, and the water pressure was bad. Breakfast was pretty good and they offered a little more than most hotels do.

Good value. Staff went out of theirxway to cmbe axcomodsting and helpful. Only downside- my room smelled VERY smoky and no way to ventilate it. Otherwise, totally positive.

I did not like anything about the property. Management let me see the rooms and hallways before I accepted the room but they spray the rooms and hallways for when you come up. Pool's water is slimy and smells as pool is broken, didnt say that when we booked the room. **** and smoke smell in the hallways penetrates inside the room. Toilet was falling. Very, very smelly. I walked out since it was my daughter and myself staying there. I did not feel safe at all.

Hidden fees. Security deposit for room even though i don't smoke. Room had iron but no ironing board
Elevator floor was dirty my whole stay someone had spilled a cup of juice and nobody cleaned it up. Staff lounging in the lobby in bed clothes feet up on the furniture. I'd never stay here again!

Mediocre hotel but good price
Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good. Room was clean for the most part except curtains were filthy and birds were living in wall next to ac. Shower water pressure was super weak. Need to update lamps with those with usb charging sockets. Vending machines not working properly and very inconvenient. Should have a small market area stocked with snacks, after-hours food and sundries like most hotels in this class.
