We were given this hotel stay as part of a Love holidays package and the photos provided by the hotel on this site are very misleading. When we went we didn't see the rooms and communal spaces shown in the pictures, and our room was small and cramped. Maybe because it was low season but there wasn't much to do. The hotel needs some updating. Because smoking is allowed inside the hotel, the lobby and elevators smell like a pub ashtray, it is very overpowering. Even though the cleaners work hard in the morning to clean, it's pointless because it just smells afterwards. The cleaners were lovely and the lady making eggs at breakfast always said hello, but after eating at The New Years Gala dinner, we were sick so we couldn't eat from the hotel. We weren't missing much as surprisingly there was a lack of traditional dishes such as couscous. Entertainment was very tacky, loud singing and not traditional Tunisian which was disappointing. Tunisia is a nice country, locally, it's worth visiting Kairon and Monastir, but the Sousse mall is boring and expensive. Waled at reception was helpful. The spa is very good, we had a fantastic massage package it's worth doing. Hajar was very nice and the staff there are good.

It was a cheap and cheerful place. The drinks are standard but you can order as many as you like when you go up. The weather is unpredictable at this time of year but cannot grumble about something outwith your control. Had a couple of days of nice sun. The staff are really the best though. They go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need. I would keep cash on you though because a little tip goes a long way for them. The food is nice- a bit weird to see a chicken pie at breakfast lol. but the omelette station is amazing and if you take your own things up to put inside…he will do that for you. The animation team really go all out for the kids and are super friendly. Ahmed and foufa and hamza make sure all the kids have a great holiday and get very involved with activities. From games in the day time to the mini disco and shows at night- they are a great team. The rooms are a little outdated but for the price we paid we weren’t too bothered by it. Overall a great stay and would come back.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in Tunisia, right by the sea, and the sea view rooms are also very good! Worth a visit!
