Hotel is nice although outside space is being renovated. Had a disappointing spa experience - reception called us 2 hours after we got home that they forgot to charge us half of the price. We paid but it’s very unprofessional for such a supposedly high class/quality hotel. Barely got an apology for their mistake that we agreed to correct but didn’t have to. Will not recommend or be back. Find professionals at another spa/hotel that bills you properly the first time…

We booked a VIP package, this is a well known hotel in Alsace in a fantastic setting. The staff was rude, the room with jacuzzi had no privacy, the food is atrocious, even simple local dishes like choucroute. Wine was not great.

MAGNIFIQUE , super séjour, je recommande bien sur , le centre spa , les chambres ; le personnel au top !!ainsi que la piscine a 31 degré et le jacuzzi ..formidable, n'oublions pas la grotte de sel également ..

Un petit bijou entouré de nature où il fait bon se reposer et se ressourcer. La chaleur et les senteurs raffinées dans chaque espace vous procure un bien-être dans une ambiance cosy. Nous apprécions l’accueil professionnel, la décoration raffinée, la propreté, la qualité de la literie ainsi que toutes les petites attentions. .

Très belle parenthèse dans cet écrin de verdure malgré la vue unpeut obstruée pour causes de travaux extérieur le spa est très agréable ainsi que la piscine. La soirée au restaurant très agréable avec une très bonne table et un service très fluide manifestement une équipe au top je recommande vivement cet établissement

Charmant séjour Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé et nous étions dans une chambre très spacieuse avec jacuzzi privé et terrasse. Joli SPA et accueil chaleureux. Restaurant avec une excellente cuisine. Tout était parfait. Joli cadre pour de belles balades. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Superbe établissement Le personnel, que ce soit de l'accueil, du restaurant et du spa sont très aimables, souriant et professionnels. Espace détente magnifique, très beau restaurant, dîner parfait. La chambre avec jacuzzi est spacieuse, calme, propre et lit très confortable. Nous recommandons et nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
