Hotel is nice although outside space is being renovated. Had a disappointing spa experience - reception called us 2 hours after we got home that they forgot to charge us half of the price. We paid but it’s very unprofessional for such a supposedly high class/quality hotel. Barely got an apology for their mistake that we agreed to correct but didn’t have to. Will not recommend or be back. Find professionals at another spa/hotel that bills you properly the first time…

We booked a VIP package, this is a well known hotel in Alsace in a fantastic setting. The staff was rude, the room with jacuzzi had no privacy, the food is atrocious, even simple local dishes like choucroute. Wine was not great.
