Welcoming and friendly host!
Marvelous and convenient place which is just located just next to the train station. Opposite got a wonderful welcoming restaurant offers buffet lunch with 3 courses meal, super friendly!

This is an exceptionally friendly, clean and well run hotel with a lovely breakfast. Very welcoming and warm ,supplying all your needs for a comfortable stay. They do not do evening meal but there is a wonderful cafe across the road with whom they have a close relationship ).

What can I say...a 3 star hotel???? 1/ The cleanliness clearly leaves something to be desired...towels that are dated, one of the rooms smelled of sewage, the bed is always very badly made, you might as well do it yourself..., our baseboards are fixed with a screw and I'll skip the decorating... 2/ The boss laughs when a woman falls heavily from a broken deckchair and doesn't come to her aid... 3/One day there was music blasting under the covered porch...and the boss was there...an occupant had to intervene! A disgrace! 4/If the boss could change her clothes in 1 week that would be good... 5/ No small lounge after 10 p.m....you sit on the stairs or outside. 6/ To conclude, if you have a minimum of standards and dignity, move on...

Très bon accueil, l'hôtellier est très sympathique et de bon conseils nous y avons passer deux nuits en famille, les enfants ont pu profiter de la piscine très appréciée en pleine canicule, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'un prochain arret a Souillac.

Hôtel bien situé à Souillac, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et riches de conseils. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine (attention au frileux non chauffée) et des jeux mis à disposition. Le petit déjeuner est varié avec du fait maison et des produits locaux (sauf fromages et jus de fruits dommage pour un petit déjeuné à 11€) Mais l’hôtel est figé dans le temps … En tout cas pour la chambre familiale : la chambre est spacieuse et la séparation parents enfants pas mal (vous auriez pu laisser la porte), les papiers peints sont vieux et le sol à trou … la salle de bain est très petite et une mauvaise odeur d’égout s’en dégageait (bon la chasse d’eau elle aussi est restée figée …) Les sommiers literie sont quant à eux de mauvaises qualités et très inconfortable ! Et pour une grande chambre avoir un lit de 140 … c’est vraiment dommage !
