Sea Piton View Apartment- Location, Convenience, Modern Living

Excellent location near the beach and village services. We had a two-bedroom apartment. It was really nice. Plenty of room. Great stay. Housekeeping didn't work at first but after having contacted the owner it waa fixed immediately. I sincerely recommend this place if you plan to stay in Soufriere.

Loved every minute of our 5 night stay, close to town in a quiet area, even though a road runs past. It's a 5 minute walk into town and 2 minutes to a great beach. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Sylvia the housekeeper was brilliant,

The apartment is in a great location with a stunning view and it’s in beautiful condition for a small 1 bedroom! Walking distance to restaurants and other stores. It does get hot since there is only one A/C unit, fortunately in the bedroom. I had read another review mentioning roosters! Lol it’s true and they are no joke!! I still have to give it high marks tho!

I have booked Sea Piton View Apartment accidentally for the dated of 14-17 July instead of 14-17th of June. A month before the dates booked I realised the mistake and I asked them if I could get free cancellation explaining my mistake. (in the policy indeed it stated no free cancellation and that the cancellation would cost 120 USD). They refused to cancel it for free. But they charged me 150 USD before I even stayed there or asked to cancel my booking. Then I asked if it would be possible to cancel only the 14th of July and keep the 15th and 16th of July. They cancelled my entire stay, without me instructing them to do so. They never replied to my messages when I questioned them why have I been charged 150 USD when the fee was 120 USD and they made the decision to cancel my entire stay without me asking for a cancellation. They are horrible to deal with, do not reply for days on end to messages and only select what messages to respond to. It is very unfortunate that they treat customers so badly. I understand they have a policy, but they charged me more than it states in their cancellation policy and they point blankly ignored that issue. I don't understand how any business can withdraw more money from the customer's account than they should. That is robbery in plain sight!!! Very very poor experience and very very poor customer service. I have attached screenshot as proof of my conversation with the accommodation - just in case people find it hard to believe.
