The staff is extremely welcoming. We feel so at home, we are so well taken care of. We feel free, not oppressed. People are very attentive and very concerned about our well-being. I have rarely frequented an establishment like this. I highly recommend it, and the food is excellent.

Quiet hostel hotel. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, very clean. Pleasant and welcoming staff. Unfortunately, we were unable to stay for lunch and/or dinner, which looked very appetizing and very good. We recommend it.

Une superbe découverte ! L’Auberge de Soublecause a clairement changé — et en très bien ! Il y a eu un changement de propriétaire récemment, et ça se ressent immédiatement : tout est soigné, chaleureux et convivial. Le lieu est désormais ouvert 7 jours sur 7, de 12h à minuit, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. L’équipe est d’une gentillesse rare, accueillante, souriante, toujours aux petits soins. On sent une vraie passion dans ce qu’ils font. Côté cuisine : un sans-faute. Tout est excellent, des entrées aux desserts, en passant par les plats généreux, faits maison, avec des produits frais. On s’est régalés du début à la fin. Franchement, ça fait plaisir de voir une auberge reprendre vie avec autant de qualité et d’authenticité. Bravo à toute l’équipe, et à très bientôt !

Personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute Repas excellent avec des produits frais et locaux. Bon petit déjeuner varié. Bonne literie et salle de bain propre et agréable ! Je n’ai pas pus tester la piscine malheureusement. Un très bon rapport qualité prix à mon avis. What else ?
