Dated room with balcony where everyone can see inside and internal view only on other balconies, bathroom with skylight window which, when opened, reveals the higher facing balconies, shower without curtain so everything gets flooded, single mattresses badly joined together to make a double bed, TV without decoder and therefore few visible channels, balcony without a drying rack and without chairs, breakfast with few things not adequate for a three-star hotel. Parking not free as described but for a fee (10 euros per day!).

Paid parking, shower without curtain that floods the bathroom, dated rooms. Terrace without chairs and drying racks/wires. They are renovating the building. Great location. The staff were disrespectful on two separate occasions.

I stayed at this hotel most weekends in July and wanted to highly recommend it. We start from the reception where there is work experience and courtesy, always available for any request. The breakfast is really good, the cakes are homemade and super good. The rooms are clean and tidy, the air conditioning in the room works well, I would say maximum comfort. The hotel then provides free bicycles to move around and the thing is super convenient. Can't wait to go back soon.

I stayed one night in this hotel by chance, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised! The structure is very nice, clean and welcoming. The staff is kind and helpful. It is located on the seafront and has a parking service on request for a fee. The thing that surprised me most was the breakfast ... I hadn't found such a vast and good offer for many years .. SUPERB homemade desserts, like the courtesy of the staff !! You rarely find such an assorted offer! The only note - but it was certainly an oversight - concerns the communication of the opening hours of the swimming pool. Returning from the beach at 6:15 pm to enjoy the pool, I was informed that at 6:30 pm it would be closed as it was reserved for the dinner location. Pity! I will definitely be back next summer anyway! Excellent value for money!

We stayed one night while passing through. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Small but basic and clean room. We used the swimming pool located right in front of the hotel and the free bikes to go for dinner in Chioggia which is only a few kilometers away. Varied and abundant breakfast. I would recommend it. The only note I can make is that a refresh of the external facade would be recommended (it can be deceiving at first sight)

The hotel meets the standards of an average Italian accommodation. The pool is a bit hidden, but very quiet and pleasant. The location right on the beach is ideal. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very disappointing - plastic cutlery, cups and paper plates and a very small selection, which was not refilled when things were empty (e.g. fruit).

The economy double rooms have a bed that is 140 cm wide. Are ancient as well as the bathroom. Mold joints and after showering you have to clean the bathroom. Air conditioning very noisy. Plaster is crumbling on the balcony, no armchairs. 5 hangers for 2 people. But new room door. People friendly and the breakfast is very good, but unfortunately in recyclable crockery. Location very good, close to everything.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera sostanzialmente nuova e confortevole con climatizzazione perfetta e modulabile: trattandosi di un weekend in periodo di “ fine stagione” abbiamo goduto di particolari agevolazioni e attenzioni: ci siamo trovati molto bene.
