En general la estancia ha sido buena, aunque echamos en falta un minibar en la habitación. Pudimos desayunar en el jardín, lo cual se agradece con el buen tiempo.

La habitación era muy anticuada, la tele mini y encima desde la cama no la podías ver porque está colocada al lado izquierdo e la cama. En resumen no creo que vuelba.

Un buen hotel tipo apartamentos. Buena atencion de Patricia la recepcionista. Muy limpio todo!! Muy buen desayuno,te ponen de todo para comer de muy buena calidad. Las habitaciones buenas camas y comodas,baño super limpio. Admiten mascotas que pueden estar por todo el hotel. El hotel esta en pleno centro de Sort. Facil de aparcar y cerca de pistas de esqui y Vaqueira y Bielha La atencion fue excelente en general Destacar la limpieza en todo el hotel

Trato familiar y muy atento. La piscina y el jardín, un 10/10. Concierto por la noche (hasta las 10:30) muy animado. Comida estupenda. Muy bien de precio. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Fuimos con un bébé de 1 año y medio y nos hicieron la cuna y nos ayudaron con todo.

A pesar de las buenas espectativas que teniamos, las ganas, esfuerzo e ilusión, nada mas llegar, nos venimos abajo y decidimos irnos un dia antes. Que ilusos fuimos al pensar que tendriamos SERVICIO de LIMPIEZA, lo imprescindible en un hotel, sea cual sea el tipo de habitación en la que te alojes. Nada mas entrar el CALOR que hacia, el OLOR a tuberia, SOFAS rotos, etc. Intentamos abrir las ventanas y no se podian abrir totalmente, habia que mover un sofa que pesaba bastante. No hay INSONORIZACIÓN alguna, no hay la posibilidad que en las horas de descanso se pueda descansar, algo que en unas vacaciones puedas disfrutar y sea tan obvio. Admiten mascotas previo pago de 10€ al dia, pero NO te avisan en el momento de la reserva que NO pueden entrar NI en el COMEDOR, NI en la zona de la PISCINA. En el caso de necesitar guarderia, se paga aparte, 8€ la hora. Lástima por nuestra peque, que tras intentar animarla y restarle importancia, no ha sido capaz de disfrutar de la estancia, todo lo contrario, total frustración. No recomendable.

cogimos este apartahotel por la comodidad de las actividades y por las recomendaciones, pero nos equivocamos al hacer caso las 3 noches más largas de mi vida, la comida malísima y el trato también ,tema limpieza y vistas se merece un 10, pero no lo recomiendo para nada

A favor: buena ubicación, los apartamentos no están mal, la calefacción ok y el servicio bien. En contra: después de un día de nieve nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría porque se acabó el agua caliente (íbamos con niños), había arañas por las paredes y huevos de araña en el salon-comedor, las almohadas son de papel (finas) y los sofás muy incómodos.
