Buen hotel de referencia en Sort, aunque un poco masificado pero funciona correctamente. La habitación limpia pero el agua de la ducha salía marrón al principio. El buffet desayuno correcto así com el Spa (no es grande pero el precio es adecuado). Tiene aparcamiento exterior. Hotel funcional para ir a esquiar por la zona.

Lovely hotel - ideally located in Sort for a week of activities in the Pyrenees. Family Suite was big enough for four (2 teenagers). Room was kept impeccably clean daily. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and spoke English to help us with our limited Spanish! The pool was perfect for an afternoon of relaxing after a morning of high adrenaline activity! (We used La Rafting Co for all our activities - rafting, canyoning, hiking, kayaking, via Ferrata etc). The restaurants serve great food, formal in the hotel and tapas in the garden! Breakfast was excellent too. Must also get tapas at cafe pessets in town (owned by the same family). We would definitely come again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely stay. Great hotel in a fantastic location. Clean & comfortable with friendly, helpful staff and a lovely pool. A great games room for teenagers and good food in the restaurants and breakfast buffet - ample choice. Would stay again.

EXCELENTE ATENCION POR PARTE DE LOS RECEPCIONISTAS YA QUE LA HABITACION ASIGNADA NO NOS GUSTABA NADA Y NOS OFRECIERON LA POSIBILIDAD DE CAMBIARLA POR UNA SUPERIOR PAGANDO LA DIFERENCIA LO CUAL HICIMOS. EL SPA ESTUPENDO SUPONGO QUE TAMBIEN TUBIMOS LA SUERTE DE ESTAR PRACTICAMENTE SOLOS. EL RESTAURANTE CUBRIO DE SOBRA NUSTRAS EXPECTATIVAS Y EL DESAYUNO TAMBIEN FUE MUY BUENO

Lovely hotel but avoid room 152 if you're a light sleeper / not planning to leave early. Our bed was against the wall that backs onto the stairwell, which as of 7.30am becomes very noisy with people heading down to breakfast.

Weekend visit with breakfast and dinner included, very good breakfast, but top quality dinner dishes, very friendly and friendly service, looking forward to repeat. Spa and pool services included in the room rate are highly recommended.

Hotel excelente el personal amables y atentos tanto en recepcion cómo en el restaurante, habitación confortable con distintas almohadas muy acogedoras. Recomendable para pasar un fin de semana 100% .Aparcamiento gratis delante del hotel.Repetiremos seguro.

Hotel muy bien ubicado La amabilidad de la recepcionista es de agradecer igualmente a todos los demás trabajadores .Habitación grande con balcón ,la comodidad de la cama i cuarto de baño grande que es de agradecer. El desayuno buenísimo .Sin duda alguna es un hotel recomendable.

Estancia correcta. Ambiente muy agradable, tranquilo y familiar. Ramon dueño y director excelente en todos los aspectos. Personal recepcion, muy buen trato y un "10" a Sra Josefina y Felipe. Desayuno con logistica y calidad magnificos.Sala de juegos, piscina y Spa muy bien...aunque es un 4 estrellas con ciertas carencias. Sugerencias -Mejorar limpieza y el confort de las habitaciones /baño. -Optimizar complementos en el baño, asi como Tv y telefono de las habitaciones . -Variar carta del restaurante. Ofertar menu nocturno a huespedes del hotel. Lo recomendaria MAAH
