Incredibly pleased we stood firm and continued our booking even with the bad reviews. The resort have clearly taken on board the voice of the visitors. The pool was clean and just glorious, there were sprinklers keeping the grass lush. They were working on their outdoor areas and I give them grace for that. The staff were friendly and made lots of effort and were attentive. The food was great! Lots of variety and fresh. The rooms were great, only downside were the smelly drains! The outside of the hotel in just stunning, amazing seating area and the private beach was awesome. Not a luxurious beach, but the water was clean and great for snorkeling. There was entertainment each night of a musician which was an added bonus. There was a kids area with table football and large chess and connect four. The shop on site was well priced and friendly staff. The gym was well equipped. Would return 100% incredible value for money on full board. If the drain smell was sorted then that would be great!

My sister and I booked this hotel for my birthday in September 2024, to say that this hotel seems like it was abandoned about ten years ago is an understatement ,it is rated 4 star but this is ridiculous and its about time the agents that are selling this holiday such as Love Holidays actually went out to this hotel to see for themselves how bad it really is, its so run down it should not be open , ive noticed some very smart answers from the management on here in reply to bad reviews and they are masters at this , it would not matter what room you stayed in they are all bad. if by some chance you thought you were near a beach you would be correct but if you want to access the beach from the hotel think again as the steps down are so dangerous two of them have plastic tape to stop you going through, The food is terrible hardly any choice at all and when we asked what meals or snacks were available at lunchtime we were told peanuts or crisps. no mayo ketchup jams or marmalade as we were told by staff they were finished , cold green beans and carrots served up from the evening before as breakfast!. I could go on and on but the point is WHO is giving the 5 star reviews! the actual other bad reviews are totally honest and the owner should be ashamed ,we had to leave and find another hotel at our own expense as Love Holidays were not contactable while we were there and have offered us £62 as laughable compensation, no doubt there will be a clever answer from management but this review is completely honest and for a family believing they are going to this hotel for a holiday as described by travel agents you are in for a shock can not wait to see response!

Beautiful vista views from all over, incredible hearty food served and very friendly staff who gave us such amazing local insights and hidden gems. Incredible paths and very generously sized spaces. We can't wait to return to this wonderful accomodation, thank you so much.

Lovely hotel, really enjoyed our stay. The area is beautiful but most off all, we loved to watch the sunset together as a family. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread, nothing better than fruit and pastries to start your day and the coffee was sublime! We will be returning, thank you to the amazing staff team who made us feel so welcome.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una settimana con la famiglia. La.struttura è direttamente sul mare, molto suggestiva la terrazza. Spiaggia carina, non siamo stati fortunati per una mareggiata/maestrale che l.ha riempita di alghe e ridotta a una fila di ombrelloni. Sabbia scura. Personale disponibile. Ragazzi del bar simpatici. Personale al ricevimento reception gentili . La camera piccolina ma pulita. La struttura non è curatissima. Si vede che manca la cura del dettaglio. Un po trascurata . La nota dolente è la cucina. Se parliamo di una struttura 4 stelle ... siamo lontani. Poco varia, proposte poco appetibili. Presentazione retro se proprio vogliamo puntualizzare. Tutto un po triste. Purtroppo l esperienza culinaria fa metà dell esperienza totale se si acquista una pensione completa. Peccato.

La location é spettacolare .. la piscina che si fonde con il mare…fare una partita a tennis vista mare non ha prezzo. Stanze pulite ordinate e con tutto il necessario. Cibo ottimo e personale top ! Non vediamo l’ora di tornarci

Posto meraviglioso. Piscina ed area relax spaziosa, rilassante e soprattutto accessibile ai nostri amici a 4 zampe, dotata di attrezzature e servizi anche per loro. La spiaggia è comodamente raggiungibile e al rientro, cosa comodissima, è dotata di docce fruibili prima di rientrare in struttura. Che dire, un posto meraviglioso…

È stata la nostra prima esperienza al Resort Acqua di Mare e possiamo dire che è andata oltre ogni aspettativa. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da un personale sorridente, gentile e sempre pronto a dare una mano: un’attenzione che fa davvero la differenza. La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio, immersa in un ambiente rilassante e con una posizione privilegiata: il mare è letteralmente a due passi, il che rende l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Per le famiglie con bambini piccoli è una scelta ideale: spazi ampi, sicuri e ben organizzati, atmosfere serene e tanti piccoli accorgimenti che rendono la vacanza comoda e serena per tutti. Un luogo che unisce bellezza, comfort e accoglienza. Sicuramente torneremo.

Vacanza da dimenticare non ho nulla di positivo da dire confermo le recensioni negative a cui sbagliando non ho creduto,cibo da discount pessimo dal vino nella brocca da Tavernello mai visto un prodotto locale in più reciclavano il cibo del giorno prima con aggiunte pensando che non me ne accorgessi avrei dato 0 sempre la stessa minestra mai un alternativa.le camere sporche il bagno con doccia di plastica rotta ogni giorno il lago nel bagno, la spiaggia nera di catrame pochi ombrelloni sporchi mai puliti,acqua nera la sera si sentiva una puzza di fogna,il ristorante vetri rotti scheggiati fatiscente l intera struttura,gentilezza?mai forse un buon giorno ,ambiente triste spento senza intrattenimento x grandi e piccini solo fumo senza arrosto x la pubblicità è ingannevole tutto falso .inoltre cosa ancora più grave mio marito per aver tirato dei panni dalla lavatrice a gettoni di una signora che non si presentava e stato verbalmente aggredito con frasi stai zitto se ci tieni alla salute da un tizio della manutenzione ,al mio reclamo la suddetta direttrice non si è palesata né x le scuse né lei né chi era alla reception lo trovo vergognoso .sicuramente cancelleranno ciò che ho scritto ma spero che lo leggiate in tanti .un posto da 0 sotto ogni punto di vista
