My sister and I booked this hotel for my birthday in September 2024, to say that this hotel seems like it was abandoned about ten years ago is an understatement ,it is rated 4 star but this is ridiculous and its about time the agents that are selling this holiday such as Love Holidays actually went out to this hotel to see for themselves how bad it really is, its so run down it should not be open , ive noticed some very smart answers from the management on here in reply to bad reviews and they are masters at this , it would not matter what room you stayed in they are all bad. if by some chance you thought you were near a beach you would be correct but if you want to access the beach from the hotel think again as the steps down are so dangerous two of them have plastic tape to stop you going through, The food is terrible hardly any choice at all and when we asked what meals or snacks were available at lunchtime we were told peanuts or crisps. no mayo ketchup jams or marmalade as we were told by staff they were finished , cold green beans and carrots served up from the evening before as breakfast!. I could go on and on but the point is WHO is giving the 5 star reviews! the actual other bad reviews are totally honest and the owner should be ashamed ,we had to leave and find another hotel at our own expense as Love Holidays were not contactable while we were there and have offered us £62 as laughable compensation, no doubt there will be a clever answer from management but this review is completely honest and for a family believing they are going to this hotel for a holiday as described by travel agents you are in for a shock can not wait to see response!

Beautiful vista views from all over, incredible hearty food served and very friendly staff who gave us such amazing local insights and hidden gems. Incredible paths and very generously sized spaces. We can't wait to return to this wonderful accomodation, thank you so much.

Lovely hotel, really enjoyed our stay. The area is beautiful but most off all, we loved to watch the sunset together as a family. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread, nothing better than fruit and pastries to start your day and the coffee was sublime! We will be returning, thank you to the amazing staff team who made us feel so welcome.

Hotel en una ubicación excelente, a pie de playa, con vistas al mar y un atardecer maravilloso todos los días. A unos 25 minutos en coche de Porto Torres. Pudimos disfrutar de una habitación con balcón con vistas al mar. Bastante limpio todo. Aire acondicionado en la habitación. Con parking para aparcar el coche dentro del complejo. La piscina bastante bien, aunque le vendría bien un poco más de mantenimiento. Tumbonas y sombrillas para los huéspedes. Bajando unas escaleras desde la zona del restaurante accedes directamente a la playa. Algunos días hay música en directo. El desayuno es mejorable, poca variedad.

Nous avons séjourné 7 jours dans ce complexe , loin de tout , véhicule indispensable... tout n'étais pas parfait sans doute mais le personnel a été très accueillant notamment Raphaella , une chambre spacieuse avec une terrasse vue mer et piscine une literie confortable et une salle de bain fonctionnelle et propre sans plus , des femmes de ménage attentionné avec tous les jours café thé et eau...ce qui m'a fait plaisir c est le cadeau pour Flavio le chien a notre prise des lieux , il est vrai que j'ai aussi choisi cette hôtel pour lui (animaux acceptés)...je n oubli pas le bruit des aérations subit pendant 2 jours et je pense réparé par la suite.. Pour le reste notamment le restaurant sous forme de buffet , très moyen , le ptit dej sous forme de buffet , très moyen . Nous avons pris nos repas quasiment à l'extérieur car la propreté surtout de la terrasse extérieur laissant à désirer notamment le matin au ptit dej avec des "mégots" écrasés en dessous des tables...eh oui il y a des gens sales... Cette partie de l'hôtel est sans aucun doute très mal géré par une autre société... Concernant le coin piscine , le bac se remplissait chaque jour avec du personnel qui se donnait de la peine pour la rendre propre , sans plus... Le bar de la piscine restant très accueillant avec du personnel sympathique... La plage vue de la terrasse ne donnant pas envie avec un accès très dangereux... A mon avis , je pense que ce complexe est passé par des moments de turbulences économique fort et qu il faut ne pas être trop exigent avec des avis négatif , mais au contraire lui laisser une nouvelle chance de réussite... Die Anlage ist gefühlt 40-50 Jahre alt. In den Bungalows wurde Elektrik und die Sanitärkeramik erneuert. Die Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage lag in einer Schublade. Da muss man erstmal drauf kommen! Duschen quasi unmöglich, da das Wasser bis in den Wohnbereich lief. Mülleimer nicht vorhanden, so lag der Abfall in einer Ecke im Bad. Auf der Terrasse durfte man nicht hinter die Holzbalken sehen. Das da mal einer lang fegt, Fehlanzeige. Der Strand eine Wüste, Zusammengebrochenes und keine Duschen (nur für Füße). Das Personal war reichlich vorhanden und gibt sich Mühe. Parkplätze reichlich vorhanden. Außerhalb der Anlage NICHTS.

Siamo stati in questo Resort solo per 1 notte perché eravamo di passaggio ma la prossima volta ci organizzeremo diversamente. Ci hanno assegnato una camera con una bellissima vista sul Golfo dell’Asinara (upgrade molto gradito grazie!) , la piscina e’ situata fronte mare ed è spaziosa e pulita. La colazione a buffet offre varie soluzioni e la si può gustare sulla terrazza fronte mare. Ottima la pinsa del Ristorante in loco. Tutto lo staff cordiale e sempre disponibile.

Bellissima esperienza in un bellissimo resort curato nei minimi particolari. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. mare spettacolare, spiaggia sempre pulita. Casette bellissime e con ogni comfort per rendere il soggiorno bellissimo…ristorante alta qualità sia la cucina sia la pizzeria. Come i proprietari e lo staff che ci lavorano grazie Roberto,Sasa,Rosa,Simona,niko,Antonio Ed Un saluto e un ringraziamento in particolare a tutto lo staff della direzione, dalla direttrice sempre in prima fila.come la sign.
