We had a wonderful time at The Bristol, every year it gets better & better, and here are the reasons why…. 1) The Staff in all departments are so joyful and attentive, giving exceptional service with warmth and kindness. We thank you all. 2) The Bristol, it has a unique old school charm and quality, rarely found these days. The marble staircases and tiled walkways with fresh flowers at every turn, makes it a delight. 3) The Views, are undoubtedly the most stunning, giving a panoramic view of the Bay of Naples, her Volcano and Sorrento. 4) The Food. The quality, choice and presentation of our meals were perfection. The chefs create, local & Mediterranean dishes that are delicious. 5) The Housekeeping. The rooms & communal walkways etc are spotless. The staff work tirelessly to keep it looking fresh and pristine. 6) The Wines. Try the local wines grown in and around Vesuvius, they are mainly unknown, but a treat! Falaghina, Greco de tufo, Aglianico & Latima Christi. Thanks to all that made our Birthdays so enjoyable & memorable, including Luca & his team, the chefs & receptionist & Guiseppe ( pool bar king). Here are a few pictures from our stay.

What can I say about the Hotel Bristol? It is by far the most friendly, welcoming hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the view out over the Bay of Naples towards Vesuvius is stunning. The road noise below is cancelled out with the shutters closed at night and pales into insignificance when you are looking over the rooftops of Sorrento and beyond. We stayed with our family including our 6 month old granddaughter and the welcome we were given alongside the excellent customer service was beyond our expectations. I cannot rate the staff highly enough including Federico and the very professional people on reception and the wonderful Luca and his fabulous restaurant staff. We all agree that we would love to return to the Hotel Bristol and cannot rate it highly enough.

The hotel is like stepping back in time! The staff are so lovely! The food was incredible every night and the cocktails are to die for. The room was perfectly clean and the views are great. The pool area and gardens are very well maintained. Only a short walk to a shop, and just a little further is the town. I can’t wait to return to this hotel!

Stunning hotel with amazing food and great staff in a good location. The views of the bay and harbour are fantastic while you eat. The roof top pool is great. The rooms are very spacious. Sorento is a great place to visit as is The Amalfi coast and Pompeii.

Wow ...it is the right word to describe this hotel. I was there for the second time , together with a group of friends and we were , again, impressed by the great hospitality of this place. Giancarlo , the owner, personally welcomed us in his hotel and the rest of the staff was absolutely great!!! The receptionists , the waiters, the bartender, the room keeper (Olga from Moldova) , everybody make you feel like home. About the rooms there are not enough words to describe the views from the balcony. Amazing....Also breakfast is great and we had dinner fee times in the restaurant, also delicious food. Everything is fantastic. One of the best hotel in the world !!! Believe me , I am a travel manager and I would not say lies. Just go there to see everything with your own eyes. Thank you Bristol for everything!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a great location with amazing views and just a short stroll to the restaurants and shops. The food service was first class! The food itself was great and well presented, and the staff friendly and attentive especially Luca. There was a good choice for breakfast with fresh eggs cooked every morning. Every evening there was a 3 course meal with a good choice. Few negatives however to mention, there were a few tea bags and coffee sachets in our room on the first day but these are not replaced daily unless you pay. Also there was no free water bottles provided in the room. Towels for use at the swimming pool were also chargeable which we have never encountered before especially in a 4 star hotel. A number of the sunbeds were broken. Some of the bathroom towels were quite threadbare and in fact one had an actual hole in it. The beds and pillows were a little firm for our liking but we understand this is quite a personal preference. Tui class this hotel as a 5 star but given our experience we think a 4 star would be a more accurate representation.

The best views of Naples Bay from the immaculately clean room with balcony. Fabulous staff and dining. This hotel made the trip heavenly with an easy walk to the marina and center of town. Staff provided directions to an easy bus ride to bagno Della Regina Giovanna where a hidden walk through olive groves brings to pathways overlooking a cove where you can take a private swim!!

Currently enjoying our last day at Hotel Bristol we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is convenient to walking into Sorrento but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful with views over the bay of Naples and Vesuvius The staff are so friendly and helpful can’t do enough for you from keeping the restaurant open for us when our airport transfer arrived late to opening early for breakfast when we were going on a trip. Giuseppe so helpful with vegetarian options and very welcoming and friendly. The food is lovely it is waiter service rather than buffet and beautifully prepared and presented. Breakfast is amazing cooked option as well as continental and fresh fruit. The lemon cake is the best I’ve ever tasted The rooms are clean and spacious and so nice to have a dressing table with a mirror and seat stayed in many hotels which don’t have this. Would definitely return to this hotel The pool is fairly large plenty of sunbeds and very clean
