Fantastic hotel. Really friendly staff in the restaurant. Lovely food, beautiful lemon trees. Nice pool area, which wasn't too crowded. We had a standard double room in the main building - it was really big with a spacious balcony and double shower in the bathroom. There is a bookable shuttle bus to and from the town centre, the journey takes around 10 minutes and if free of charge. It's possible to walk up the hill to a small convenience store and cafe, but there is no pavement. Bus stop by the hotel entrance for local bus route. The staff really made our visit. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. We'd love to stay here again.

We visited in August as a last min 4 night break. I stayed with my friend Our room was lush with an insane balcony size but no furniture to fill it Showers huge! Room was right next to lift so noisy but hotel offered to move us (I wasn't bothered but my friends a light sleeper) Tui rep reimbursed for ear plugs. Free walking tour was brilliant loved it and all the thought that went into it Loved the bus runs regular but stuck to slots but you can call the hotel The breakfast was ok coffee was dire and we had to wait 2 days for it in our room too Fridge fully stocked chargeable but we filled it with our own stuff. Lovely lil shop round corner and great sandwich shop. Its a picturesque walk into town Sunbeds we're great Bar service fab but could be slow Food was great on table service The buffet style in the orange garden was hit and miss either really good or bad Drinks are charged to the room and we were advised to keep track due to others saying they had been mischarged we hadn't. 1 reception lady whose known for being rude rest you couldn't fault We had a great time and went on lots of adventures Entertainment was great but always finished early and hard to find out what was going on where. But we just went with the flow

The food and cleanliness were really good but paying a premium for the balcony with a sea view was a waste of money. There was no real sea view and the road noise 24/7 meant that you could not leave patio door open even at night. Tui refunded the premium but may need to update their website to make clear that the sea view is very limited and the noise from the bust road is extremely loud.

Other than the hotel looking nice we did not have a great experience. When we were checking out, they charged us an extra 80 euros for a dinner we did not have. Apparently they were using strips of paper to bill your hotel room and not actual receipt. When we asked for a refund at the moment we noticed, the person working the credit card machine seemed to not know how to refund the amount minus what we actually owed. We have been asking for a refund since the day we checked out, sent multiple emails, phone calls etc and we always get the response that "We'll fix it by the end of the day" and that never happens. Would not recommend this place. And even if you do go there, make sure to check your receipt very well and give yourself ample time to dispute the transaction right then and there before they take your card. We did not do this and we are literally paying for it now.

Excellent hotel a few steps from Sorrento, also available a shuttle service both to go and to return. Well-stocked breakfast, clean and well-furnished rooms. Value for money more than fair. Alma refeption staff very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back

Hotel a dir poco scandaloso.un plauso alle persone della reception gentili educate e preparate.Per il resto un hotel 4stelle pessimo camere datate bagni con wc e bidet rotti pulizia pessima odori della cucina in tutte le stanze.Colazione con prodotti avariati,poca scelta e camerieri maleducati oltreche’sciatti.Imbambolano solo le gite per anziani e gli stranieri.Evitatelo.
