We really enjoyed our stay here! Centrally located, easy walk to all shopping and restaurants. Entrance is on a pedestrian only, narrow cobblestone alley off the Piazza Sant’Antonino - a little tricky to find when you first arrive. We stayed on the top floor in room 307 - with a balcony and lovely view. The room was large and the shower had great water pressure. The staff were kind enough to provide ice for us each night when we came back with a bottle of wine. I would absolutely stay here again!

Utterly underwhelmed and regret booking this hotel for our last holiday night. Rude staff, all about them and their process. I walked into the hotel with a ton of luggage simply to be harangued about their need for passports. No offer to help. Boring and outdated hotel. Lazy self entitled and utterly forgettable. I wished we’d gone back to the beach house at quarter the cost. Felt unlucky to be here. They won’t care about this review. In decline. Don’t come.

Upon arrival we had a very easy check in, staff were friendly, hotel was cool and easy to navigate around. You have to book breakfast for the next morning as the breakfast area is small, which was absolutely fine. Breakfast was ok, small selection but what you need. Seemed like one lady was operating it. She did spill coffee all over my phone but was apologetic. We went up to the room upon arrival and we must say, the room was very small and compact. Ok for couples but not as great if you are just with a friend as it’s compact. No coffee or tea in the room but there is a fridge (water is not free). No iron but called reception and it was with us within 10 minutes which was great. The hairdryer in the bathroom wasn’t worth using as it’s not very strong. Glad we took our own for the room, but no issue. I would recommend buying water elsewhere . The room was clean and tidy when we requested. The best part of this hotel is the roof top bar and pool. I’ve added a picture of the view upstairs. Staff were friendly, the drinks were delicious and the pool was refreshing and clean. We enjoyed this area of the hotel and looked forward to coming back after a long day of being a tourist. The hotel location was amazing! Perfect for exploring Sorrento and close to all the restaurants. Easy walk to the train and bus stations. The taxi for a 5 minute trip was €25!!! Which was a bit of a shock We did say we were on our honeymoon but nothing was mentioned or noted, which is a shame as this would have made the trip extra special but overall a lovely trip. Even a little note, room upgrade or little token would have made it feel more special We did have a great time and it was clean!

Starting off with location --- couldnt be better. Right in the centre but down a pedistrian street so no traffic noise. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance and easy to get down to the port or harbour Pool and Lounging -- always mangaed to get a sunbed but the opening times for the pool area was sporadic. Same for opening times of the assosciated bar and snack area, which was also the pool towel facility but the reception always helped with towels. Room -- very spacious and clean. Hairdryer although privided was very poor so take your own if need to actually dry your hair. No drink making facilities in your room which would have been nice. Breakfast -- asked to give a general time to help with space but could flex daily if required. Good choice. Noise -- no outside noise but noise from witinin the hotel was noticeable as open corridors and stair cases Tried to give a balanced and open review so book fully informed Would stay again 👍🏻

-Selected a double bed and found 2 singles pushed together. Complained to duty manager and he could only provide a topper maybe, the next day (i had to ask for it he never offered a solution,) - amenities in bathroom =only shower gel. No body lotion no shampoo, nothing..just a very bad shower gel - some lights in room not working in the ceiling, i requested them to be fixed, as we couldnt see properly without ..= nothing - breakfast....coffee (in italy mind you) was very bad and 1 type of ham and 1 type of cheese. Some sweet options yes. -breakfast in the room option- only coffees and cereals are included with the basic charge..everything else you have to pay extra...so ham and cheese extra, egg ..extra...pls note we were also told not to go for breakfast at 9am as room is too small... -room amenties - no kettle no coffee machine no slippers no robe -worse thing also room was near housekeeping room. chaos laughing and shouting from 7am, impossible to rest and sleep past 7am on holiday after 7hrs traveling, and continuing all day including afternoon hours 2pm 3pm where we tried to have a small rest on some days..impossible as complete chaos and noise at those hours. Rude staff in general and even when we saw a cockroach outside room at night and phoned reception, he had no spray and told me it will go away tranquillo. Thats it

Close to shops and very central but the facility was on the very limitted items in room .no showercaps, no conditioner or lotion was in rooms. They have closed the roof due to rain we were not allowed to even sit there . Our window opened to another private appartment looking at theur ugly kitchen.Actually that was the only reason for me to choose this hotel.Breakfast was good

This hotel is set in a great location with lots of restaurants right outside your door. Personally we didn't find noise an issue in the evening as we were out eating ourselves and most things pack up by 11pm. The hotel is exceptionally clean with an Italian style of decoration and our room was a great size and comfortable for our family - though we found the bed a little hard (just our tastes) The only slight issue was that the window in the bathroom opened out into the street below (a dining area) and had clear glass - our daughter freaked out a little a the prospect of showering in view of Sorrento but we were able to hang a towel across without issue. The breakfast room is in the basement of the hotel, some say it's small but I found it fine, the only irritation was that the cold drinks and cereal were at the end of the breakfast bar with limited access due to a dining table being set up right next to it - I'd move it to a more accessable position, saying that the lady in the breakfast room was fantastic, we never had to ask for tea or coffee as she was on it straight away and appeared to be running the room single handedly - what a woman!! The upstairs lounge/bar is very roomy and well furnished though we never saw anyone using it? The bar never appeared to be open so is perhaps no longer in use, understandable maybe as it's very close to some guest rooms so perhaps it may have been too noisy - shame that it appears to be under-used as it's a real asset, perhaps offering afternoon tea or wine tasting would be a good option as it would bring some life to the hotel without disrupting guests at night? Our only real bugbear with this hotel is the rooftop bar and pool - such a great space that doesn't seem to have the same attention as the rest of the hotel. The pool opens 8am - 7pm FAB but the staffing doesn't mimic it's hours. It's also more of a plunge pool, you'd do well to do 4 strokes from corner to corner, though great if you have young children who are learning to swim maybe? This said it was fine to cool down but don't think you're gonna get any lengths in after breakfast. The beach towels are locked away until someone comes to open up the beach bar so you may want to bring your own towels if you want a dip. The hours of the bar are not advertised so I still have no idea when it was supposed to be open as one day it was 11am another day it was 2pm?? The hotel asks guests not to reserve sunbeds and not to consume food/drink purchased outside the hotel which is great in my opinion BUT if you they are going to make this request they need to provide the facility for guests to get a drink - a guest using the rooftop should not be expected to wait for a drink in 36 degree heat....and this will just encourage people to abuse their rules. The older lad manning the bar area was pleasant and efficient but his younger side kick didn't seem to really want to be there and was often lingering in reception and was generally uninterested in assistin

This location is magnificent, just off the Tasso main square and all of the shopping streets. So many food options and easy access to the marina/ports. Sorrento is a great base to see the Amalfi Coast. Easy access by Ferry or Train from Naples to get there. Once in Sorrento you can do all of the Amalfi Coast by coach, boat, ferry, however you choose to. Everywhere on the coast has stairs but Sorrento is probably the best one to get to and from places without too many. You cannot avoid coming up from the port to the town without the stairs but if you have luggage, there is a lift at the end of the port that will get you up. The sunsets are amazing and all our tours that we booked from here had easy meeting points. It is also a good location to get to Pompeii. This hotel has a pool which is a huge bonus. It gets so hot in the summer that it is perfect to just sit in when you've had a day out. And unlike other hotels, you do not have to pay for access.

We stayed here for a wedding, so didn’t spend too much time at time at the hotel to be honest. We got what we expected - the hotel was nice, very good location in terms of being in the central of Sorrento, and nice personal. The room was clean and housekeeping was very good. The roof pool was ok, didn’t feel super clean. Would stay here again if we came for a similar purpose.
