This was the worst hotel we stayed in during a 6 week tour of Europe. The "private bathroom" is detached from the room itself. You have to walk through the breakfast area, past the other rooms, to use your so-called "private bathroom." The pictures do NOT match the rooms. I have no idea where the pictures come from. The so-called "breakfast" is (I am completely serious) just a bunch of pre-wrapped snacks ... like croissants, dried fruit, etc. I cannot begin to tell you how rude and unhelpful the staff was, when they showed up in the morning to take pictures of your passport & demand the city tax fees. We ran out of toilet paper, so I had to search through storage closets to find some more. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

Location was near the trani station that’s why we chose this property. Our biggest issue was the bathroom. Our privet bathroom was located in the hallway which was shared with the other two rooms. Had we known this, we would not have chosen this property. The shower drain didn’t drain properly.
It said breakfast included but it was sweets bought in the supermarket.

The bathroom was NOT private. We had to walk through the breakfast area to go to the bathroom, shower, etc.
The breakfast was horrible …. Just piles of bagged snacks.

The place was super clean and the instructions of the host to have acces to the room was clear. It was at maximum 10 min walk of the downtown with all the restaurants and boutiques. I will definitely recommend!

Glorified hostel. Very expensive. Not even a fridge in the room. You can hear all noise from other guests. Only advantage is closeness to the train station. Booked on bookings.com it was not clear the bathroom is shared even though I used that filter specifically.

Very well located and room with good size and very nice terrace. Good internet also. Bad experience that they charged the citytax on top of the price they post in the web page. We had to pay 3 E$ per person per day as an extra rate!! They didn't comunicate this at the moment of the reservation. The person who clean the rooms is very nice and dedicated.
