Great hotel they couldn’t do enough for you, only downside is the pool tiles get very slippery and my mum actually had a fall.

The hotel is located half way between the station and the harbour. From the top floor there are beautiful views and very relaxing.
The hotel is new and everything looks nice and clean, rooms are decorated in blue and white with nice furniture and a comfortable bed.
Nice pool and plenty of food places around, although it is classed as a 4* it could easily be a 5*.
Look forward to returning.

The Ara Maris hotel is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are beautiful, extremely clean, and comfortable. The location in Sorrento is perfect. You can get around the town easily and are close to the ferries. The concierge was fabulous and went above and beyond. I usually do not write reviews but our stay was wonderful. We hope the hotel has continued success!

A gorgeous hotel in the center of Sorrento. Whether looking over the pool or having ocean views, certainly no bad rooms. The breakfast offerings were not to be missed. Exceptionally friendly staff from the front desk and concierge teams, to those working at breakfast and the pool. The Lumi Sky Bar is a must stop for stunning views of Sorrento. The location is close to the port and the center of town.

We spent 9 nights here in Room 502. The hotel was great. I feel like some of the staff are still learning their roles. However, some are just amazing and make up where others are still learning. The Lumi Sky lounge is such a beautiful spot. We spent many nights here watching the sunset. Our room was great too. We had a view of the pool and a balcony that we could access from our bathroom, living room, or bedroom. We loved the modern feel. The proximity to everything in Sorrento was amazing. I would highly recommend. Shout out to the server Carmen. She is constantly moving and made up for others inattentiveness at the pool. And Giulia, who was very gracious in providing and booking information on transfers, tours, and restaurant reservations. We hope to be back.

Gorgeous hotel, breathtaking views, ideal location, but most definitely the most gracious service we have ever experienced! From our arrival where we were greeted by the lovely Enrico with glasses of Prosecco, to Ciro, Valentino, Martina, GianLuca and the sweet and charming Antonio. The staff was superb. The pool is gorgeous, as is the rooftop bar - do not miss the sunset! We are trying to figure out how quickly we can return!

This hotel is not only absolutely beautiful and pristine, the staff is incredible! We felt welcomed minute we arrived and every day since then. They were over the top and we absolutely loved it! The hotel was modern and clean and extremely luxurious. We have very high expectations and they met every single one of them!
