Hotel needs management/renovation, I will describe it without exaggeration: 1-Suite, the intimate shower, the broken trigger, the jet to wash intimate parts was a juggling act, having to aim and open the valve simultaneously 2- the shower door did not close completely, leaking water throughout the bathroom area 3-restaurant the air conditioning was either poorly adjusted or maintained at a hot temperature 4-bathrooms in the restaurant without soap to wash your hands 5-swimming pool with an area that must be formed, part of the covering is peeling off and could fall on guests 6-pool edge needs to be washed with a wap, dirty stones and haven't seen water and soap for a long time 7-gardens and plants have not been watered 8-valet twice I waited more than 20 minutes to pick up the car, I only answered because I went to pick up the valet in the garage I won't go back to that Ibis in Sorocaba

Very good fitness area, heated pool. Large room, good shower, quick and kind service.

Everything very good!! pool could have been a little cleaner but I think it was within acceptable limits ;)

The room was good and safe.
