Albergo Villa Priula

I don't stay in many hotels in Europe, so it's hard to comment, but they are different from those in China anyway.

I really don't like the boss's attitude. He seems unwilling to serve us. One morning he even rolled his eyes at me. I was very angry. I don't recommend everyone to stay here.

Everything OK

We ended up in this hotel after a long search after our return flight was canceled (and Easyjet didn't arrange anything for us). The super nice lady from the hotel stayed behind the reception desk until 11:30 PM especially for us to check us in and welcome us. In the morning (after a delicious breakfast!) she and her daughter drove us to the beautiful town of Bergamo, because her regular taxi driver did not answer. The rooms are very clean and fine, but most of the praise goes to the personal and warm service.

The hotel is clean and welcoming, but the important part is the lunches and dinners of a higher standard than their cost, together with the kindness of the owner and the entire staff. In the evening there was a course on wine tasting held by a sommelier and, although we were not registered, they involved us in the event. Then, after checking out the next morning, they kept the car in the garage for another half day, not at my request, but they suggested it to me. Thanks again

I stayed at this hotel for work. Fast and punctual last minute booking, very kind staff. Clean and quiet environment; good breakfast and dinner; comfortable bed and excellent mattress. Advised

I was in Sorisole for the wedding of two of my friends, who for convenience recommended me this hotel which is in front of their house. The staff were kind and very helpful with any problem, just think that I had the plane to return at 2pm and the lady was kind enough to bring forward lunch (obviously just for me) so that I could organize my trip, furthermore with my booking not I had breakfast included, but the lady also on this occasion made herself available by turning a blind eye and giving me the opportunity to enjoy breakfast. Clean facility, nice warm and comfortable beds. The room opens via an electronic card which also serves to open the hotel entrance door, thus making us completely independent. If I were to go back to visit my friends, I would definitely return to this hotel after this experience.

Weekend stopover with a visit to Bergamo. Couple with 4 legs in tow. All 3 pampered with courteous discretion. From the information, to the parking, to the price and also to the impeccable cleanliness, nothing to say, except that we will return to continue exploring the area
