無與倫比的四星級酒店,早餐有鮮榨橙汁,靠近高速公路去哪裡都很方便。床間有沙發床,適合帶娃家庭。我會推薦。

La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le personnel compétent. Il y a une piscine. Le restaurant à de bons produits et le décor au top, l extérieur en particulier. Très calme. Près des autoroutes .

Stayed here several times and always very happy with it. The rooms are comfortable, the bar/restaurant area is very nice, and the pool is great. You need a car, and it’s not in a picturesque location (although great for travelling around the area), but once you get through the doors it has a charming atmosphere. We usually skip hotel breakfast but this one is worth the money. Staff always friendly and helpful. Easy, free car parking. We will no doubt be back in the future.

Very friendly staff, quick service and good menu. Very good breakfast buffet. Rooms are average very clean beds are excellent. Minor comment: they host parties in the local bar in the weekend. When I asked to lower the volume at midnight eventually they did

It is not a cheap hotel but services offered, atmosphere and decoration make a nice place to stay. Rooms are not very big but clean. Restaurant is too expensive for the price paid (not a good service) but it has a very nice decoration.

This hotel is great. Beautifully appointed. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I've stayed in all levels of Accor properties around the world a d hands down this is truly the best. The staff are really wonderful and do everything they can to respond to your requests.

Perfect !... close to Orange where we attended a show at the Theatre Antique (Johny Haliday), which ended late, we booked this Novotel close to Orange allowing us to enjoy a one night stay , and rest, prior to take the road back to Lorgues... Staff and services perfect with the smile !

We stayed here en route back to Calais after two weeks motoring around northern Italy. Secure parking is important for us and this was plentiful here as with most Accor hotels. We had visited Avignon before so this was a stopover so we could have one last afternoon of sunbathing by the pool. We checked in before our room was ready but enjoyed the clean, well ai trained pool and were provided with towels. The sun beds were basic and the one broken deckchair should really be removed! The room proved to be standard clean, comfortable, air conditioned, if slightly dated, Novotel style. The real exception here is the restaurant which was packed with locals for both lunch and dinner. We had a fabulous dinner for a reasonable price.

Great location if starting out from Avignon airport or TGV and exploring Provence - easy parking, friendly helpful staff, super pool and what an the ambience at the outdoor restaurant. Bakery two minutes away never does any harm in France!!

Vey good and big room, nice bathroom and separate toilet. Good inside and outside bar and restaurant. Enough (closed) parking space. 2nd time I stayed here and like it very much. Good for visiting the Vaucluse and Avignon.

Cet hôtel est devenu un hôtel avec beaucoup de charme ! étonnant pour un hôtel de chaîne mais bien réel ! ce soir, au niveau hall , du salon , du restaurant, de l’espace piscine et des restaurants bar sous les cèdres … très agréables . Tant qu’au personnel , tous sont d’une grande gentillesse et réactivité à la moindre demande . Bravo ! nicole Vivaldi

Hôtel correct mais le service n’est clairement pas au niveau d’un novotel: la raison Je prends la peine de les contacter téléphoniquement le jour de mon arrivée pour savoir si il y a un room service sachant que je vais arriver après 22h00, il m’est répondu par l’affirmative par la réception. Je me présente à 23h15 le soir même et demande pour le room service , l’agent de l’accueil m’informe qu’il n’y a pas de room service et que je dois voir avec le restaurant, ne prenant même pas la peine de faire la démarche par lui même . Je me déplace au restaurant où il m’est indiqué que La cuisine est fermée et qu’ils sont désolés, sans plus d’effort de leur part pour proposer une planche de tapas ou de fromage. Ils ne sont pas au niveau, le groupe accor ou la direction de l’hôtel devrait former son personnel car cela donne l’image d’un niveau de service d’un motel d’autoroute Et pour finir , le matin je laisse ma carte à l’accueil et je dois envoyer un mail pour obtenir ma facture En résumé . Allez vous former pour offrir un niveau de service correct pour un 4 étoiles, je ne demande pas le niveau de service d’un Sofitel mais il y a un minimum
