Staff is friendly but rooms not clean. Rooms are not done on a daily basis but every 3 days. A pair of dirty socks were left on the floor in between a chair and the desk. Bathroom garbage can was full.

There 6 nights didn't get room cleaned once. After 4 days inquired and was not following procedures I didn't know of. Them filled procedures and still room was not clean.

Two Night Stay
Only Gould put at end of day you have to request that the room be serviced. Apparently it is on the sign in sheet but nobody mentioned this to me so I returned to an “unmade room”. Disappointing. Staff was friendly and spoke some English. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good.

The area around the property is lovely (ie it faces on a marina). Unfortunately, the level of cleanliness in the room was disappointing (ie the sitting room required vacuuming under the table in a corner and beside the patio door). The spa was amazing. The staff very friendly and responsive. What really stood out for us was the attention by maintenance staff with a few minor issues with our room. This hotel is on our 5 star list

Didn't experience the spa but it looked like an amazing amenity. Restaurant was excellent; great food, good atmosphere, lovely waterfront view. I know the rooms are gradually being updated but what really needs an overhaul is the hallways, which are very dark (black walls, black ceiling).
I had a billing issue in which I was accidentally billed an astronomical amount for "upgrading" from 2 Double beds to 1 King, but when I called the management they were more than happy to resolve the issue with a reimbursement. They fixed it swiftly and courteously. Would stay here again!

The hotel was good, with the steakhouse/bar being a highlight. The wait staff in the restaurant were great. The room had a nice view, but the 4th floor at least seemed like it was in between renovations, with modern features mixed in with dated furniture and appliances. The hallways were very dimly lit. The king bed was very comfortable.
Overall a solid experience.
