We stayed at this wonderful Hotel (we agree with other reviews, it should be 4 star) for one night and we we’re looked after by the welcoming, hospitable, friendly and ever helpful Unterhofer family and their staff. The Hotel is simply beautiful, lovely airy room with an amazing view, an infinity pool to relax in with views over the Dolomites; what’s not to like! The food was excellent and we particularly enjoyed the aubergine and tomato ravioli, absolutely delicious. We were very sad to leave, will we back, absolutely and we’re already planning our return.

This small hotel is welcoming just a walk across from railway station. Rooms are clean and up to date, great bathroom and a two minute walk into the town square. All staff are fabulous, offer good advice on things to do and see, there is also parking at hotel and a big carpark next door. The hotel is very quiet no noise from carpark or railway station. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nach einem kurzen Aufenthalt im Herbst 2020 mit coronabedingten Einschränkungen war ich im Juni 2025 wieder hier und durfte die Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels uneingeschränkt genießen. Super Lage und trotzdem ruhig, ein schönes Zimmer, sehr gutes Essen und ein überaus freundlicher, familiärer Service. 100% empfehlenswert!

Struttura accogliente, bella e pulita. Personale efficientissimo e pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta. Atmosfera suggestiva sia negli interni che in giardino con la piscina riscaldata con vista sulle montagne. Cibo ottimo!

Per alcuni aspetti l’hotel può considerarsi un 4 stelle. Il personale è molto cortese, la signora che serve la colazione ha sempre un sorriso. le zone comuni sono eleganti, accoglienti e spaziose. I piatti offerti giornalmente sono di ottima qualità. Il parcheggio è sotterraneo e facilmente accessibile ma a pochi metri dall’hotel ci sono I capolinea della funivia del Renon e del trenino del Renon, gratuiti per gli ospiti come pure la funivia del corno del Renon, per cui ci si può spostare tranquillamente senza auto. Inoltre ci sono numerose passeggiate di difficoltà diversa che partono dal paese e che sono indicate molto bene lungo tutto il percorso. Ma più di tutto ci è piaciuta la vista sulle Dolomiti offerta da molte camere e dalle sale dell’albergo. La piccola zona wellness, infine, permette di rilassarsi in comodissime sdraio reclinabili al suono di musica rilassante. Io ho provato solo il bagno turco - funzionale, anche se non ho capito il divieto di indossare un costume da bagno. L’accappatoio è noleggiabile con 5 eur, lo specifico perché non era chiaro per me al momento di prenotare. In generale, l’esperienza molto positiva del nostro soggiorno ci ha convinti a regalare un soggiorno qui ad alcuni parenti.

Großartiges Hotel, in dem wir uns schon seit vielen Jahren sehr wohl fühlen! Die Zimmer im neuen Anbau sind schön und vor allem funktional, die Aussicht vom Balkon atemberaubend. Das Essen erfreut uns jedes Jahr durch Frische und Qualität, die Hotelinhaber und ihr Serviceteam verwöhnen ihre Gäste auf charmante Weise, ohne je aufdringlich zu sein. Den beheizten Pool nutzt mein Mann jeden Tag. Ein echter Geheimtip, mit toller Anbindung per Seilbahn ins Tal nach Bozen.

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und während des gesamten Aufenthalts bestens betreut. Es gab für uns keinerlei Grund einer Beanstandung. Alles Wünsche wurden von dem sehr freundlichen Team erfüllt. Trotz der Information, dass aufgrund personeller Situation keine Halbpension angeboten werden konnte, wurde jeden Abend ein sehr leckeres und absolut ausreichendes Essen angeboten. Besonders der Grillabend war sehr gelungen. Vielen Dank an die Chefin, den Juniorchef und das gesamt Team des Hotels. Wir konnten so eine richtige schöne Woche in schönem Flair verbringen. Danke.

Siamo tornati all'hotel Regina per le vacanze di Natale e Capodanno, una settimana di relax in un hotel che anche in inverno si è rivelato impeccabile. Dalla qualità della cucina alla professionalità del personale di sala, dalle signore che si occupano delle stanze ai deliziosi padroni di casa, Ralf e Martha, tutto eccelso come sempre. Il plus è la possibilità di fare escursioni anche in questi periodo dell'anno! E anche la notte dell'ultimo dell'anno è stata una ciliegina sulla torta, con uno squisito menù e l'allegria dei tanti ospiti presenti

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, sauber und komfortabel. Das Essen ist kein Highlight. Das Personal bemüht, aber eher überfordert. Schade - bei der Lage wäre es eine echte Perle, wenn es mit etwas mehr Liebe geführt würde. Andere Hotels in der Umgebung bieten mehr Gastfreundschaft.
