Hotel Molo doesn’t deserve 3 stars – they don’t even know how to handle complaints. You can only get through to the reception, which “knows nothing.” They don’t have any contact details for complaints on their webpage. After insisting, a receptionist gave us an email address and phone number for the hotel manager (Monika Jalowska), but she didn’t bother to respond to the complaint filed at the beginning of August (she avoided our calls as well). We traveled from Norway with a small child, and at check-in, I was informed that there was no hot water in the hotel, and it was unclear when it would be restored. When I asked for assistance in finding another accommodation, the rude receptionist replied that I was an adult and could google it on my phone. After insisting, the receptionist found accommodation for one night (a hotel in the middle of the forest), and I had to find and pay for another hotel for the rest of our stay. I haven’t received any refund from Hotel Molo.
