Exceptional Service and Attention to Detail Our stay at My Story Sopot Apartments was nothing short of perfect. The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming, incredibly accommodating, and fluent in English, which made our check-in process smooth and pleasant. The hotel is impeccably maintained, with a keen focus on the finer details, such as fresh cut flowers on every table in the dining area. Parking was a breeze with convenient spaces right outside the hotel. The sauna area was delightful, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with a firm mattress, ensuring a great night's sleep. Even the sofa bed was perfect for our teenagers. Thank you for a flawless stay. We will definitely be returning!

The room was very poorly soundproofed - from the morning you could hear ordinary conversations from the next room as if they were taking place next door. Breakfast very ordinary - hotel standard ***. We asked for coffee from an espresso machine because the one from the machine was weak and we got even worse - cappuccino as espresso with warm, unfoamed milk. There was an unwashed stain on the bed, the decorative pillows were washed too rarely because they had a very bad smell

Superior service and location. Well equiped apartmets. Coffe available on demand - included in the price. Quiet although in the city centre. Staff makes more effort to make your stay pleasent then expected.

A very friendly and warm welcome from the My Story team. Plenty of parking if required. The room was spacious enough to accommodate two very large suitcases plus bags, plenty of storage was available too. Breakfast was plentiful at 70 Zloty per person (£12), this is a typical Polish food. Coffee was free all day and even free cake in the afternoon, it’s these little touches and thoughts that make a holiday better. The hotel is situated just on the fringes of the Main Street Monte ****** about a 5 minute walk but only across the road from the stunning long white sandy beach. They can even supply proper longer chairs and sunshades at no extra cost. My Story get 10/10 for just a huge and complete delightful holiday stay ….. Thank you from Malgorzata & Kenny

Great place! Near the sea, with sauna, new, clean, lovely service meeting all our needes. We had lovely Walentines trip to Sopot stayjng here. We shall be back for sure as it was better than hotels we used to stay in Sopot.

Ihana aamiainen ja toimiva huone
Kivalla paikalla sijaitseva huoneistohotelli. Pikkukeittiölle ei ollut tarvetta, muuten huone toimiva, siisti ja moderni. Erinomainen aamiainen salaattipöytineen ja kiva asiakaspalvelu. Taksilla oli vaikeuksia löytää pimeässä, samoin kulku kadulta pihaan vaatisi valot näin syksyllä. Voitaisiin tulla uudestaankin!
