Very nice, active and friendly staf. Beautiful view from the restaurant. Nice swimming pool but dirty and only half working bowling alley. Nice buffet in the morning and evening but food quality could have been a little bit better. Indoor parking costs 15 euro, charging a car is possible but not included. Communication is only in German! Room was nice but the couch was not comfortable and the living room only had 1 very bright light.

the hotel is very good, it has many rooms also suited for huge groups. I was there for a Company Meeting with around 100 people. everything was perfect, rooms, food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. I didnt have time to enjoy all the leisure stuff like swimmingpools, bowling, videogames, ping pong and more. I believe I will return here with my family.

I stayed here for a few nights as part of a conference. Overall it was a good experience. The hotel is laid out in different buildings connected to a common central area. It can be a bit of a maze getting from room to restaurant and can involve multiple elevators and stairs with connecting corridors between. We had a group dinner one evening in the hotel. It was a fixed menu to help with group size but the food was good and served promptly. On another evening we went to a hillside restaurant then came back to the hotel for drinks in the weinstube. The atmosphere was great. There are also a couple of bowling lanes, some ping pong, and other games. The hotel has un underground parking garage that is well lit and easy to get in/out of. As a business conference venue it was good. As a holiday destination, the hotel has several on site activities and is well placed in the region for the alps and the various lakes. A nice place

Die gebuchte Alpspitz Suite war bei Bezug in einem schmutzigen und abgenutzten Zustand. Leider war der Aufzug defekt und das Zimmer war sehr heiß. Lüften war wegen eines Wespennestes vor dem Fenster kaum möglich. Die erste Nacht war bei 29 Grad Innentemperatur entsprechend unschön. Am nächsten Tag haben wir das Zimmer gewechselt. Das neue Zimmer war deutlich besser. Das Essen im Hotel war am ersten Tag mittelmäßig, die anderen beiden Tage war es gut. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war sehr unterschiedlich. Alles in allem war die Umgebung toll, aber wir würden das Hotel nicht empfehlen sondern eher nach einer Unterkunft in der gleichen Gegend schauen.

Wir waren zwar nur 3 Tage in diesem schönen Hotel und sind rundum zufrieden gewesen. Der Service ist sehr gut, sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal am Empfang. Da ein Aufzug defekt war, wurde uns sehr gut erklärt, wie man schnell von A-nach B, bzw. C kommt, wo wir ein schönes Zimmer in der 5. Etage hatten. Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, incl. Balkon mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Beim Frühstück gibt es eine große Auswahl an Käse, Wurst, Brötchen, Müsli, Obst, Tee, Kaffee und heiße Schokolade. Das Büfett am Abend sehr gut und geschmacklich einwandfrei. Es wurde auch immer sehr schnell nachgelegt. Ein Lob und noch mal vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter im Service für die schönen Tage und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Hotel hat leider noch nicht alle Zimmer renoviert! Ich hatte das Pech in ein altes Zimmer zu geraten. Das Zimmer hatte den Charme der 80-ziger Jahre. Zudem war es noch völlig verwohnt. Positiv war das freundliche Personal, das hervorragende Frühstücksbuffet und das warme Buffet am Abend.

Unverschämtheit, man wird als früh buchender Gast gezwungen, im Nebengebäude zu wohnen, in der 3 Etage ohne funktionierenden Aufzug!!! ( Aufzug ausser Betrieb Schild schon völlig zugestaubt) Dazu wird einem als kranken Menschen ein Maisonnette Zimmer gegeben, ohne funktionierender Klimaanlage, an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Das Buffet für 39,50 pro Person schlichtweg unverschämt, billigstes Kantinenessen, nur schlechter zubereitet. Die meisten Teller wurden halbvoll abgeräumt, da die Speisen zum Teil sehr schlecht waren. Als Highlight dann eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, die nicht 10 Prozent von 136 Euro ausrechnen konnte. Nie wieder. PS : Der Flur mit dem völlig verdreckten Teppich wurde gefühlt das letzte Mal vor 4 Monaten gesaugt.

Wir waren mit unseren kindern (1 und 4) eine Woche im Hotel Allgäu Stern und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Personal (vor allem an der Rezeption) war überaus freundlich. Frühstück und Abendessen gab es in Buffetform und es war für jeden etwas dabei. Das Hotel ist schön zwischen den Bergen gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt zu verschiedenen Tagestripps (Grünten, Hornbahn in Hindelang, Oberstdorf...). Im Hotel selbst wurde uns nie langweilig. Es gibt ein großzügiges Schwimmbad mit Kinderbecken, Sauna, Bowlingbahn... besonders gut hat uns auch der Zwergalclub gefallen. Ein toll ausgestatter Spielbereich für die Kleinen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!
