During my recent stay at this beautiful hotel, I enjoyed a truly relaxing vacation surrounded by nature and wellness. The hotel is well-kept, with friendly staff and a generous breakfast selection. Dinner on the half-board plan was unique, though I’d prefer more choice next time. I appreciated the option to swap dessert for an espresso. The wellness services were a highlight—the massages and facial treatments I booked were expertly done. Though I didn’t use the sauna, a towel and bathrobe package was thoughtfully prepared in my room. A wonderful hotel with great facilities and a warm ambiance—highly recommended for nature and wellness lovers! 4 out of 5 stars!

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks, together with our dog, for my husband's work. We really enjoyed the beautiful location. It is so peaceful and quiet. We regularly saw a deer or hare passing by. At the hotel itself they had sheep, chickens/cockerels and horses. You can enjoy walking and cycling in the area. The employees were all very friendly, both in the hotel and in the restaurant. We could always ask questions. The restaurant had good food and plenty of choice. Everything was freshly prepared. Also good choices for vegetarian. The vegetables are still nice and al dente. We really enjoyed it. Breakfast was very good, wide choice and always well replenished. The breakfast lady took good care of you if you had any questions. Packed lunches were available and they ask what you would like in your packed lunch. The sauna is also a real asset. Warm up in the sauna or the infrared sauna for your back. The rooms were very nice and clean. You could sit outside in the nice weather. Parking was no problem at all, there was plenty of parking space available and also a number of disabled parking spaces. I can recommend everyone to stay here. When we want to go away for a weekend again, this hotel will be at the top of our list.

The staff is very friendly. We were served very friendly at reception and in the restaurant. The rooms are not particularly comfortable, no seating area in the comfort room, no refrigerator, bathroom with sliding glass door. Balcony is large but uncomfortable. Very noisy country road and gravel parking lot. There are definitely quieter rooms. The breakfast is mediocre. The restaurant is quite good, but the drinks are expensive. There is no bar or anything similar in the hotel, just a vending machine.

We booked this stay this summer, but due to illness of my partner we were unable to travel. We were satisfied in this regard because the hotel made rebooking no problem. In this review I will make a clear difference between the hotel (rooms, etc.), the breakfast and the dinners (which were included in the offer). 1. Hotel - excellent welcome, friendly and quickly handled - room was nice but despite the fact that we had booked a comfort room (slightly more expensive), this room was little like what we had seen in the photos. This is where the first disappointment came - rooms are located in long corridors. Our room was just past a door that gave access to such a hallway. Terrible noise from the doors constantly closing throughout the night. All doors are also terribly heavy... - bathroom := Ok (nothing special) - CLEANING ROOM is not ok at all!!! Our bed was only folded with the duvet and it still looked unmade (see photo we added). Our pillows haven't even been moved or fluffed. - very little cupboard space 2. Breakfast = mediocre - nice space, but a bit small. Was overcrowded 2 mornings and the high tables are anything but easy. - offering was ok, but nothing special. It was literally the same for 2 days and the offer was quite limited. No fresh fruit juice, cheese was cheap sliced cheese from large packs, no varied breakfast offering. We are better used to similar hotels in Germany! Too bad 3. Dinner & drinks = DISASTER This is where the disappointment was the greatest! We had booked half board, but that was a real letdown. There is a daily menu where you can choose the main course. We saw very clearly that this offer differed far from the other dishes that one could choose a la carte but which were also very expensive. We were so disappointed, so much so that we drove elsewhere after dinner on day 2 because it was simply not edible. Day 1 = chicken - but that turned out to be a cold chicken fillet (which we had waited over an hour for!!!). Dried out and covered under a big pile of lettuce Day 2 = schnitzel - dry and inedible. HORRIBLE. The same goes for the frozen fries that are too dry. Dessert = extremely small in a small yoghurt pot (preferably for a 2 year old toddler) see photos 3. drink AT THE TABLE = TERRIBLY EXPENSIVE. You get a coke in a glass of beer. Sorry, but you don't do that anywhere anymore. Moreover, 6 euros for a coke, 7.5 euros for a glass of wine, ... We found it very bad 4. The café was closed due to a wedding party. That should have been reported because the impact was that you could not even have a drink after the terrible dinner. Even after a wonderful day of cycling, you had to bring your own drinks and just stay in the room. Nice base for cycling, but never again in this hotel. We are deeply disappointed with the entire stay.

We met up with our siblings, sisters-in-law and brother-in-law halfway to celebrate Easter together and our brother-in-law's birthday on Easter Monday. The hotel is very well equipped, with lovely rooms in a very scenic location. We rented e-bikes and/or went for walks. The rooms are spacious, modern and well-maintained. A delicious breakfast awaited us in the morning and we had an excellent meal in the restaurant in the evening. The friendliness of all the staff, including the security service, deserves special mention. We will definitely come back. There are also enough parking spaces available.
