"I came for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Very clean room and there are free coffee and tea whole day at the lobby. Also there is gym room and laundry room as well. I love the pool there even though it was quite cold these past two days. I love the breakfast as well. Lastly, it was closed to Petaluma outlet and it was nice this morning to go shopping."
"Rooms very comfortable for this type of hotel. Breakfast not very reach and variable, but sufficient.
Overall better than expected. Perfect for one or two nights. "
"First time in this hotel, it is clean and spacious. The only downside is that there was a fire alarm went on around 10pm due to a drunk couple turning on the fire alarm. Then all of us need to go down to the hotel lobby and stayed over 15-20 mins for nothing."

Great
GGuest UserCute and quaint stay. The hot tub and pool were still not functioning during our stay, which was a disappointment for the kids. Other nice amenities for this area were that there was cable tv in the room and Wi-Fi available which other hotels I’ve stayed at in this area did not offer. I did not realize this hotel was actually located across the street from the water so it’s not actually waterfront as I had anticipated mentally when I thought about where The Tides was located. It’s still a very nice location and very close by to The Tides, though. I would stay here again.
GGuest UserThe 2 bedroom queen was super clean and a very nice view. Zero noise, we could also see the entire pool view. Hot tub and pool a huge hit. We try the bar lounge, kinda quiet but we were there on a Thursday night so didn't expect a party happening. SUPER nice staff, very affordable and breakfast was very very good and a big variety. I would definitely recommend this place.
JJulian MeiI stayed at the Lodge over the weekend to attend my Niece’s wedding as many of the other wedding party did and had a wonderful time. The grounds , with the lovely pool, functional gym and the restaurant with the delicious breakfast all made this stay exceptional. The wine tastings in the afternoon were a nice touch and the pre wedding reception at the restaurant was very well arranged. I stayed in a King Cottage suite and it was nicely appointed with a useful fireplace for the chilly evenings and only wished the windows were a bit larger to enjoy the view and to have more natural light in the room but did enjoy the view from my outside terrace. House keeping was a bit more erratic as twice I came back to an unmade room and had to notify the front desk that quickly resolved the issue. Overall a great stay and looking forward to staying there again soon.
GGuest UserA minute drive from downtown Sonoma and 15 minutes from Napa City, Creekside Inn is located in the heart of Napa Valley. The service is excellent with the friendliest staff and the cleanest rooms and towels. The afternoon gathering of guests with wine and snacks was a nice touch for guests to get to know each other. If I have to nitpick, there is no pool on the premises but the garden and grounds have lots of places to sit and enjoy the day. Overall, a great place to stay.
GGuest UserThe trip started out poorly because Trip.com's payment was invalid. We had to text your staff for close to an hour before we could check into our room, so were late meeting our family members for lunch. The women at the front desk were terrific and were doing everything they could - they weren't able to give us a key until the payment was straightened out. So we weren't very happy with Trio.com's service. How could something like this happen, where your payment wasn't valid? I would like a discount on my next trip due to that problem.
Once we were in, the service was excellent. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were open until 10pm and were warm and clean. We loved soaking and swimming each evening after visiting with family.
The only curve ball was that the firepit wasn't operable. A man said it was due to the weather, but it had been clear and dry so that didn't make sense. Therefore, we had to drink our Christmas Eve Prosecco (which we bought at the hotel snack bar!) in the room, since it was too cold to sit outside without a firepit. Outside of that, it was a terrific visit and we would stay again.
We do hope that Trip.com makes good on the billing issue so we will use your site again.
TTammie MandevilleWe had such a wonderful stay and experience at the Flamingo

JJayI had a very long 18 Night stay at this hotel and really enjoyed my time. The breakfast was AMAZING and the best thing by far. I am sure other reviews will mention the breakfast and I was not disappointed. The room was plenty spacious and had a delightful little patio around the swimming area. The staff was very diligent with the cleaning which was daily. I would certainly stay again for the breakfast. This location was perfect for my stay in Santa Rosa with plenty of options for just about anything within walking distance. 9/10 overall
冯冯so so! Many road construction workers live here. The rooms are not big, as big as Home Inns. The bedding is relatively neat, but when you open it to sleep, they find that the quilt to be covered is not as white and clean as the surface. The shower in the bathroom has been dripping. No matter how you turn it off, you can't turn it off, the light in front of the desk cannot be turned on, and the noise of the refrigerator can surpass the sound of cars outside the window. The price is affordable, which is the only thing that is remarkable. Breakfast is available but very simple, no hot food. If there are other options, I suggest to compare other hotels
GGuest UserIt wasn’t bad considering the price & location. Had a little bit of a dirty feel & parking felt sketchy with so many people on bikes walking around the parking lot. Staff was very friendly & kind. It gets noisy here. But a plus for being able to cook my own food with the kitchenette!
