設施：陳舊，花灑水壓小，換氣扇有異響，影響睡眠。房間可能是佈局的原因，完全看不出有25平方米那麼大，很擁擠。
衞生：差，看圖。特殊説一下早餐的小米粥吃出了小飛蟲，找到管理人員直接端去了後廚，然後像什麼都沒有發生過一樣，拒絕面對問題。
環境：臨街，開窗較吵，影響睡眠
服務：衹能説很一般，説著最有禮貌的話，卻給着最不耐煩的臉色看。
全靠咖啡撐場面，美式咖啡/拿鐵咖啡兑換券任選1杯。
