晚上10點回去看門的保安把進酒店內部停車場的入口堵上了，裏面眼睜睜看着還有好幾個車位。結果保安一副***的架勢，就是不讓停，還威脅説要貼罰單，別怪沒告訴（第一次聽説酒店停車場也要貼罰單的）。就這種服務真的是給東北人抹黑，給松原旅遊業抹黑。差評

酒店房間大，衞生，設施好。有自動窗簾，衞生間乾濕分離，有浴缸，前台服務員熱情禮貌，早餐品種多，有停車場。屬於松原一家高檔酒店

衞生非常乾淨，入住感很好，設施也很齊全，而且服務人員也很熱情，絕對是以後來松原會再次入住的酒店，整個酒店給人一種高端的感覺

本來需要住一星期的，住一天決定立馬換酒店
1、進房間就聞到地毯的異味；
2、玻璃門隔音差，第二天一早就被外面吵醒
最不滿的是服務意識及態度：
第二天11點50多前台來電話應該是問我是否續住，我在洗手間沒接到，很快便有服務員敲門問我還要不要續住（這都能理解），我説我待會就退房。結果大概10分鐘後，我正收拾東西呢，服務員又來敲門，問我到底退不退房。
到前台辦理離店手續，前台那婦女全程無表情，全程無禮貌用語。
按理説，在這種級別的城市，這種價位的酒店就這管理水平，確實不應該
