我是7月28號入住該酒店，因為是在這裏酒店辦的酒席所以就入住了，起初沒想到酒店環境特別差，甲醛味道嚴重超標，味道特別刺鼻，一共訂了6間房都是一樣的味道刺鼻，客房服務也很差，上午10出門，晚上回來房間也沒有打掃，儘量大家還是選擇其他酒店吧。
第二件事：8月1日凌晨1點在酒店裡洗澡時滑倒導致手腕被劃傷，酒店裡防滑墊、防滑拖鞋什麼都沒有，受傷當晚我就叫酒店人員前去查看，並且表明是在你們酒店裡弄傷的要求給個説法和態度，並不是要訛人，我們是受傷者縫了4針換做誰都會生氣，第二天早上到前台，前台收銀告訴我不能證明是在酒店裡弄傷的，他們也沒有看到事情經過，告訴我們隨便去哪裡投訴都可以，或者起訴都行。酒店一律不管。隨後打了12345和消費者協會也是沒有用，他們也不管，我是從外地過來的沒有時間去消耗，如果有精力我肯定會起訴的。
我就想問問酒店你們老闆是***嗎？開的是黑店嗎？服務態度這麼強硬，願意去哪裡告都行？有保護傘啊？沒有服務？沒有保障？就這樣的酒店大家還是選擇其他的吧。

第三次入住該酒店，酒店開業時間不長，比較新，房間面積夠大，條件不錯，早晨品種單一，有待提高，與酒店規模不匹配，房間價格也不便宜.

房間味道太大，可能不經常通風，房間里居然有蟋蟀，晚上叫個不停，早上跟前台反應，告訴我正常太可笑了，説他們大廳也有，我想知道哪個酒店房間裏有蟋蟀是正常的，有這種前台酒店不可能好。

環境非常差，枕巾都沒有換過，非常臟。被單也是還有一股味。服務員態度蠻橫。收200按金，退房時讓客人先走説一會兒轉微信裏，客人走後就給轉195元。最近出差這十年來，最差的一家賓館。住一次後悔半年。

第二次來，第一次感覺很好.這次感覺極差。定了大床和雙床兩間，晚上十點多入住。雙床房很冷不能入住，空調也不好用，酒店反饋雙床可以換大床，要不然就等倆小時等鍋爐房重新燒，沒有其他解決辦法。問是否可以換成兩個大床，答覆不可以，需補差價。不理解酒店的邏輯，和前台黃頭髮小哥的態度，也不理解不能賣的房為什麼還在賣，也不理解樓層服務員除了發微信之外問啥都不知道。最終還是在半夜十一點半選擇取消訂單。

房間很大，很乾凈，房間都是全智能的，有需要就可以跟智能管家説，比如關窗簾，不用自己動手關，智能管家就可以關，還可以開電視，全松原裝修最好，設施設備很完善的大酒店
