民宿挺好的，老闆娘看我們帶了孩子還給我們換了親子房，歐式風格也是我喜歡的，旁邊還有他們家的西餐廳，憑房卡可以送咖啡，吃飯還打九折，下次來還可以選擇這邊

來松陽旅遊，因為不想住酒店，所以提前在攜程上找一些特色的民宿，一開始看的幾家都訂滿了，偶然間看到這家意大利風情的民宿，一下子就被吸引了，剛好喜歡的那間房空餘，而且民宿的地理位置不錯，對面就是老街，走路就可以去，於是當機立斷決定入住這家。
入住後最直觀的感受：1.進門就是北歐風格的客廳，聽説老闆曾經在意大利旅居二十多年，可以看出裝修很用心了；2.老闆娘很熱情，會幫忙拿行李，服務態度很好；3.房間裝修也很好看，打掃的很乾凈整潔，無任何異味，給人感覺很舒適。洗浴用品很高級，床品看上去品質很好。；4.這次入住的是二樓的“羅馬”房間，自帶大陽台！陽台上有桌椅和鞦韆，非常喜歡。而且出來旅遊就是要拍照，這家民宿裝修真的很對我胃口，是新開的，設施都很新，燈光很好，白天晚上拍照都沒問題；5.四樓算是公共區域，有一個很大的桌子，應該是聚餐或者會議使用的吧。旁邊有個房間裏面配置了麻將桌；6.民宿對面是自家的餐廳，也是做意大利風情的餐飲，入住房間會免費贈送兩杯咖啡，並且餐廳消費打九折。感覺很驚訝，來松陽還能品嚐到西班牙正宗的火腿，特別推薦！
總體來説，入住體驗很好，給我很大的驚喜！性價比挺高的，來松陽旅遊的友友們可以考慮入住這家民宿哦~（p.s.送的咖啡很好喝，下次還想來玩）

在這裏住了兩晚，體驗非常好！訂房時訊息比較少，原本還擔心呢，來看到房間確實如圖片一模一樣。
地理位置非常好，走到老街2分鐘，老街並沒有期待地那麼好逛。但是附近吃的選擇很多。酒店門前有一條小河老橋，停車非常方便，這點很重要。
入住時空調降温有點慢，很爽快為我們換了房間還升級了房型，住了兩晚帶陽台的羅馬，真心推薦羅馬，陽台太舒服了，有搖椅。吃個早飯吃個夜宵，不要太快活哦！
每天都送了水果，還能去對面威尼斯餐廳喝免費咖啡，咖啡口味實在不行，不過看出來老闆很用心在經營了。
酒店今年剛裝修的，東西很新，毛巾鬆軟，打掃也很乾凈。洗髮水裡竟然有一整根人蔘😂
沒有電梯，但是他們會幫忙拿行李。
總得來説，非常推薦住在這裏，兩晚住的很滿意。

地理位置：就在松陽老街對面，位置非常便利；
房間設施：簡直是意外，民宿是老闆今年新開業的，可以看出來裏面的東西都比較新，進房間的感覺不像是民宿，更像是自己的家，因為裏面還配置了化粧鏡，衞生間的鏡子也是有開關的可以再提亮；馬桶竟然是自動的，還帶有加熱功能；沐浴露和洗髮膏也是從進口超市買的，不是那種賓館住宿的劣質洗護套裝，毛巾也是加厚的，吸水性強，床單和被罩一看就不便宜，並且這些都是自己洗的不是送到洗衣店的那種。
這次住的是3樓，民宿一共4層，4樓不是住的地方，類似是個陽光房，進去是很大的桌子，旁邊的小屋還配置了麻將桌，還有客廳空調，總體這次的住宿非常滿意，也從這些細節看出來老闆品味很不錯，第一次評價這麼走心

民宿在縣城裡交通便利，近明清古街100米，在松陽小西湖旁，價格實惠，早點很養生，民宿服務態度好，老闆娘和老闆很熱情。房間衞生做得好，民宿整潔，給人一股清新自然的感覺，窗外風景宜人一片綠色。設備新,洗澡的水很好調,不會過熱或過冷｡安裝的新空調也很舒適｡性價比不錯哦～下次還會再來！

正如民宿的名字，無論是酒店外觀、大堂還是房間內部的設計、所用物品無不充滿異域風情。每天都可以去他們家的西餐廳喝杯免費咖啡，用餐還可以打88折，他們還有甜品店、進口食品超市。離松陽明清古街很近離。

離老街很近，又不緊挨着馬路，兼顧了交通的便利和住宿的安靜。
我定的親子房，窗户朝向遠處的廣場，過了廣場舞的點就安靜了，可以接受。

還可以吧，感覺節日的話這還算可以了這個價格，早上還會有一份早餐，洗澡的話浴室都能看得到不適合剛認識的情侶去
