Was he absent-minded when talking on the phone? ? I was speechless. 3️⃣After checking in, there was no landline in the room and I could only contact them via WeChat. I asked if they could deliver the food, but they told me to contact the restaurant myself, but they didn’t know. The next day, I asked if someone could help me take down my luggage. The room was far from the front desk, and it was difficult to take the luggage on rainy days. I agreed, but no one came after waiting for half an hour. Staff attitude: All staff are villagers from the village. I can only say that there is no sign of unified training. They are unprofessional in replying to guests, lying on the sofa or squeezing in front of the bar in the reception center, privately complaining about the "nerves" of guests who want to change rooms, slow and lazy when cleaning the table, and standing next to guests in the restaurant to chat, etc., which is too unprofessional. I understand that they are all villagers who are not from the service industry, but since they have decided to do a branded homestay, can they be trained to pay attention? Food quality: Few choices and unpalatable. Not only does the buffet breakfast have no village characteristics, but there are also few ordinary dishes or even no meat and sausage. Others have frozen buns, fried noodles with huge oil, steamed dumplings that are unpalatable and coffee... For dinner, we ordered one dinner and one lunch. The taste and appearance of the same dish were completely different twice. The vegetarian edamame was not fried, and the meat and vegetable stir-fry meat accounted for most of the fat. I was speechless. Room: I mentioned the room last because it is good compared to the previous points.
