民宿位置極佳，鬧中取靜靠近明清街，雖是老房子改建的，但一應設備齊全。最喜歡的是二樓廊上的榻榻米，喝茶看書聽雨最是愜意^_^。雖然全程自助不見老闆服務員，但卻有另一份自在，很有自己家中的自由自在感～～

松陽縣城江邊，挺不錯的酒店，不知道為什麼會有不好的評價，除了沒窗户，地理位置和環境都很好，步行可達老街，沒有專門停車場但是可以停在旁邊的路邊。裝修典雅有品位，窗也很舒服

民宿離松陽老街步行可達的距離，門口環境不錯，有橋有河，全自助民宿，從入住到離店沒有見到過老闆，房間和圖片的一致，房間內沒有水供應，總體不錯。

名宿環境是不錯的，老闆打電話給他一些問題也解決的比較及時，就是本來我們定的一個房間卻説重疊預訂安排了定一個房間，但是那個房間隔音可以説是沒有，放大可能，一早上五點多開始就不斷有很大的聲音被吵醒，有樓下的爺爺奶奶喊的聲音，有樓上房客正常講話的聲音，希望隔音方面能改進吧，而且如果實際入住的房間和預訂的不符，我覺得應該提前通知一下，而不是到了那邊入住了才發現並不是。

古色古香的小房子，裝修還有房間衞生都不錯，在本地很有名的餐廳三九房餐廳對面，距離老街很近，就一公里左右，可以步行打卡這座古城

離松陽老街不遠，步行大約7-8分鐘，就在江邊的路向裏3-4米。整個房子和房間就是江南的老房子的樣子。清荷語是二樓房，有個落地窗可以看外面，當然鄰居也能看進來。由於老房子，所以樓板走起來是有聲音的。安全，但帶活潑的小朋友或者本身自己腳比較重的，建議選一樓。民宿和對面的三九餐廳同一個老闆，所以老闆待在對面的時間更多些。

1.1.8米床而已，居然説2米，被誤導。
2.房間在一樓西北角，房間有帶玻璃的門，但是打開就是一面牆壁，沒有窗。説有窗，衞生間有窗，但是邊上是馬桶。
3.電視機遙控都沒準備，到處找老闆，找不到。
4.沒有免費水準備。
5.茶杯一個沒杯蓋，茶壺的插座就是如圖，夠不到。相當於燒水得在牀頭櫃。
6.沒有書桌和餐桌，所謂的沙發就是單人搖椅沙發僅此一個。
7.裏面很陰潮，被套應該換過，但是翻開來確實有頭髮。
8.入住時衞生間的捲筒紙如圖衹有一點點也沒換新的。
9.牀頭櫃插座如圖，燒水和手機充電沒法同時進行。
10.所謂木質結構就是房頂木質，隔音極差，上面房間輕輕走不單單被影響，幾噶幾噶，總有一種兮兮莎莎掉灰塵的感覺（可能心理作用很不爽）
11.智能門鎖，對不起，沒有，就是普通鑰匙開，連鎖門都得鑰匙鎖。
總的來説，極度對不起這個價格在古街附近可能普通賓館都比這個強。無語。

位置很好。南臨大河，北距老街很近。出行購物遊玩太方便了。第一次來松陽，很多房子太有年代感了，都是兒時記憶中的，很有感！
