離松陽老街稍微有點距離，步行大概1.3公里，不過也可以接受。
以前可能是縣政府招待所之類的，有很大的停車場，自駕友好。
房間面積還可以，衞生間也不侷促，乾濕分離，空調是美的的，房間內床品、電熱水壺、玻璃杯都比較乾淨。但是衞生間毛巾架和房間地板衣櫃還是能看得出老化得很厲害。
沒有電梯，沒有電梯，沒有電梯，有大型行李的要注意。
早餐比較簡單。
酒店自己也經營飯店，菜價貴得驚人。

酒店位置還可以，周邊商店蠻多，吃飯方便，酒店前面有免費停車場，停車很方便，設施有點舊，但清潔還是可以的。

松陽賓館是一家老賓館，前幾年又重新裝修了，硬件設施還是不錯的。衹不過這次入住的 215 房間不知什麼原因，自來水有點黃，不能燒水，讓服務員多給兩瓶水不答應，影響了住宿體驗。希望賓館方儘快給予改進。

各種和人直接接觸的設施，如水龍頭，浴室移門，浴巾都非常低劣。早餐的盤子油膩，荷包蛋有蛋殼，白煮蛋蛋殼外雞屎很多，早餐廳服務員態度很差。台階和門檻都被改成了要絆腳的，多次看到有人差點摔跤。

松陽縣城老牌的星級酒店，設施齊全，位置不錯，停車方便，緊鄰城北菜場，採購土特產方便，早餐也比較豐富，很不錯啊哈哈

賓館地處新華路中心城區，大堂顯示該酒店過去的歷史。房間乾淨衞生，離松陽老街大概一公里左右。酒店有自己停車場，前後停車方便。前台服務人員態度也好。不足之處是酒店還收按金，套路還是老的，希望改進提升酒店形象。

到麗水松陽旅遊，入住了松陽賓館，總的來説，松陽賓館還可以，位置不錯，在鬧市區，出行吃飯很方便，離松陽老街也不遠，賓館早餐也相當不錯。前台服務員也挺熱情的，值得推薦。
