Therefore, you still need to check the rating before booking. There is a reason why the rating is so low. This is the first time I have encountered a hotel with such unethical ethics. The booking page shows that airport pick-up is available, but no one answered the phone, which is different from the platform. After communicating for about two hours, I finally arranged a pick-up when I asked to check out without providing services. The guy who picked me up at the airport was really nice. I don’t know what the hotel was thinking.
The second point is that there are no disposable slippers in the room. I went to ask for them, but the front desk did not give me slippers because the cleaning lady was off work and did not have the key. This reason is really amazing. Even if slippers are not put in the room in advance, couldn't the front desk prepare some? ?
The third point is that check-in at the front desk is slow. The reason is that I can't find my order status. I don't know the room type I booked and whether I still need to pay more. I...
